Beautiful home inside and definitely out! I recommend this home and potential can be a 5 star but there is some things to be taken care of first.The reason I rated 3 stars: - some palmetto bugs.- linen sheets were not as clean and stains.- refrigerator not cleaned out properly and laundry area. Should purchase new household items and cleaning supplies - broom and mop.

Cleanliness was was not great microwave was dirty dining room table was filthy and the floors had to be swept and the in the master bedroom was missing sheets kitchen towels and other supplies was filthy patio furniture dirty as well the property needs a deep cleaning

Overall it was a great rental for a fair price where my family and I enjoyed the location and the activities the rental had e.g. pool, ping pong table, cornhole, etc... The only down side was that there were a number of damaged items/property that we came upon. It didn't have much of an impact on our stay, but it was something that caught our attention. The guest bathroom also frequently ran out of hot water.

Stylish Modern Oasis

Nice house, very nice layout. Pool was not heated, Location of the house was on a main 4 lane road. The door lock gave us issues when arriving late. Fortunatley the back slider was left unlocked. Had problems the first couple of days with the hot water not staying warm while showering.

I had an exceptional experience staying at this beautiful home. The home was impeccably clean and organized, making for a comfortable and inviting stay. From the initial communication with the host to the check-out process, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. I truly appreciate the effort put forth by the host to make my stay memorable and special. Thank you once again for your hospitality!

Great Fort Lauderdale vacation home with easy beach access

Overall, we'd recommend this property to another family. The host was highly responsive and genuinely cared, even when we ran into an issue (see below). Highlights we enjoyed: - recently renovated property with very modern feel - all furniture and appliances excellent condition, reclining couch, beds in bedroom were all very comfortable. Nice loungers on pool deck - excellent amount of linens, and also beach towels. Beach chairs also available - if you'd like to cook, the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking equipment, all in excellent or new condition. BBQ was very clean with all tools available. - laundry in garage was very new - laundry pods provided - overall nice touches throughout like toothpaste, floss sticks, in bathrooms, etc. Suggestions for improvement in future: - PS4 is advertised- a small selection of games for guests to use would be a nice touch What kept the property from being 5 stars was two issues we experienced: - we showed up to the house at check in time and it wasn't cleaned yet- we contacted the host who quickly responded and apologized - he had mistakenly booked the cleaners for the following day, but he was able to call them in and it was all cleaned a few hours later. - Pool filter was broken for our stay . Host Emerson tried to resolve as best as he could and was apologetic. Even offered to treat us to dinner. We ended up leaving a few days early to enjoy a pool at another vacation home. If not for this issue, stay would have been 5 star
