We had a wonderful time! This is our fourth time staying at the house. If you love the Geneva on the lake strip, this is definitely a location for you! But the wineries are all within 15 to 20 minutes from this location and the view is amazing of Lake Erie! That is why we continue to keep coming back to this location.So many great wineries to discover, but so grateful to come back to their amazing view of the lake!

We had an amazing time at the Sunset Cottage and plan to return next year for our annual girl’s trip weekend. After staying in GOTL for the past five year at other locations, we were delighted and fell in love with the location, the cottage itself, the beach and the view!

Amazing Place To Stay

We loved everything about it. It was so clean and the view of the lake was amazing. Really enjoyed the chairs by the lake for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Will definitely stay here again.

We need more than 10 stars to rate this place. It definitely lives up to the name 'Sunset Cottage " ! Our first night there we had clear skies and a gorgeous red sun and sat riveted on the adirondack chairs down by the beach with a glass of wine, watching the sun sink down into the lake - better than any tv show! During the day it was so soothing to sit there with a cup of tea and just stare at the lake. I never did finish my books as the view kept me distracted. First thing in the morning we would sit on the deck with our cups of coffee and tea and enjoy the tranquility. The cottage itself is fantastic- perfectly furnished , comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed. It is exactly as pictured. We usually vacation up in Maine and never thought we would find a place to beat it, but this one did, hands down. We liked being right on the main street and walking to the shops and to get ice cream in the evening. Our whole family loved it and we definitely intend to return next year . We all agree this home is like heaven on earth- many thanks to the owners for sharing it.

This house is great. Plenty of room and nicely laid out. The view is great and having the outside seating was so enjoyable. It is centrally located can walk about anywhere. Will definitely return.

Sunset cottage is exactly as pictured. Lakefront,beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed 2 nights at this paradise and hope to return again.

The best in Geneva

Located right on the Geneva strip and just a short drive from wineries, State Park and beaches. Three bedrooms, each with their own private full baths. Lakefront with awesome views and beautiful sunsets.

Girls weekend

This was the best weekend getaway/girls trip. The location was perfect rite on the lake walking distance to a lot. Even tho it was as off season we enjoyed the winery’s . We plan on making this a yearly trip.
