Welcome to your home away from home in Boise!

This recently renovated 1-bedroom duplex offers a comfortable and convenient stay, just minutes from everything the city has to offer. You'll appreciate the modern touches, including hardwood floors, butcher block countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The cozy living space features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bright galley kitchen, a dining area for four, and a comfortable living room with a sectional sofa and Smart TV. There's also a dedicated workspace with a desk and fast internet, making it easy to stay connected.

Step outside and enjoy your private, fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or spending time with your dog. Parking is easy with a driveway for two vehicles and additional street parking available.

The neighborhood is conveniently located near downtown Boise, Boise State University, the airport, parks, restaurants, and shopping. It is an older, mixed-use area with a variety of housing styles and local businesses. Because the home is located on a busy street, you will hear traffic noise and the occasional siren from a nearby fire station. There is also a cell tower adjacent to the property that is visible from the yard and driveway.

This was such a great spot for the two of us and our dog and Sandy was a great and communicative host. Check in and access was incredibly easy, the cottage was exactly what we expected, and the small fenced yard was perfect for our dog.

This place was very lovely and welcoming.It's a well-maintained and private. Everything was laid out for convenience.The only problem I had was my back hurt after a night of sleeping due to the mattress lacking support. I am not a heavy person. Just 120 lbs female. There was a plenty of blankets in the closet so I slept on the floor. Problem solved. The bathroom and the kitchen were all clean. All appliances were functioning well. I definitely recommend the cottage for any families.Sandy was a wonderful host. She communicated in a timely manner to any question I had. Thank your hospitality.

I will just say that this property was CLEAN. The decor was very simple and very tasteful. Although I only cooked one meal, the kitchen was very well appointed and had everything a guest would need to prep any kind of meal. I only spent two nights in a quick work trip so I didn’t really get a chance to settle in. The porch and small yard are very comfortable and private. This property will be on the top of my search list for the next trip. Location is perfect for me. Quick drive to the job and walking distance to the Overland Bar and Panda Garden. (I’m a working class stiff…. Don’t need “fancy”).

The host was excellent. Communication was timely. The house was perfect for a couple. It was well equipped and had complimentary coffee, tea, & hot chocolate which was a very nice touch. The TV had You Tube TV and Paramount Plus (with no commercials) which was a huge plus. It may have had more premiums channels, we just didn’t check beyond those two.

We originally purchased Crofty Cottage as a long-term rental, and one of the things we appreciated most about the location was its convenience. While this is not Boise's most upscale or quiet neighborhood, it offers easy access to just about everything.

The cottage is close to downtown Boise, Boise State University, the airport, shopping, restaurants, and several parks. Many guests enjoy being able to reach most destinations in just a few minutes and have groceries, meals, and other essentials delivered with ease.

Like many established Boise neighborhoods, you'll find a mix of well-kept homes alongside properties that are still being improved. The area is active and can be busy at times, but it provides an authentic look at everyday Boise life while keeping you close to the city's most popular attractions.
