Welcome to our charming basement apartment in West Bench, Boise, Idaho! Perfectly situated in a peaceful neighborhood, our spacious retreat offers all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury.

Quiet, great location

We stayed at the French Cottage Basement Apartment after a 9.5 hour international flight. This place was easy for find, easy to enter and just what we needed for a good night's rest. The host was a good communicator so that made things very easy.

A Lovely Place to Stay

The space was larger than I expected, with plenty of room for the four of us. A big TV, nice decor, well stocked kitchen, and some of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on made this stay super great. The shower is small, especially for larger/taller people, but other than that we have no complaints.

This was a great find. I only wish I found it for my earlier trips to visit my daughter at Boise State. It is close and so spacious. Being able to park and to feel comfortable and not in a hotel made this place my favorite.

I stayed a couple nights here and the place is super well put together, very well organized, and seems newly furnished. I have to say the interior decorating is really well thought out and cohesive. Really cute and pleasant overall. The location is convenient as well, which was a plus. 10/10

We just popped in for a quick overnight, coming from WA and headed to UT. We were only here for about 8 hours but we're so thankful for such comfey beds and accommodations. It was cute as could be, too! We did have trouble gaining access in because of an incorrect door code and because we didn't arrive until 1am, it took some time to reach someone who could fix the code. Felt like home

Loved our stay! Kids felt right at home, and the rooms were practical and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space to hang out, kitchen had all the basics, felt very safe with locks. Only downside was the small shower making it difficult to wash our little kids. Still plan to come back when we visit family again.
