Welcome to Laguna Reef #309 - Ms. Annie's Oasis. This one-bedroom one-bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the private balcony with panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon and an abundance of bird life from the balcony and the living room. You will enjoy that view from a comfortable living room and watching the large flat-screen television. There is plenty of seating for everyone and floor space for the furry friends (2 dogs maximum).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware. There is also an icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar that opens it up to the rest of this beautiful condo. You will be able to visit with friends or family while cooking or just enjoy the view. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a large closet and dresser for your vacation gear. The bedroom has a flat-screen television with basic cable. A full-size sleeper sofa will be sure to provide a great night's sleep for 2 more guests.

As a guest at Laguna Reef #309 - Ms. Annie's Oasis you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second, and third floors. There are also coin-operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors in the same room as the ice machines.

Notice: The Laguna Reef spa is temporarily out of order due to ongoing repairs. The hot tub gets to temperature, but no jets available at this time.

Absolutely wonderful except the sofa bed was hard to unfold and was an absolutely terrible mattress. Living room curtains need to be thicker or blackout. Room way too light all night and sun came up very early. These two things will keep me from renting it again. That’s too bad for me because everything else was just wonderful.

Condo was nice in the fact everything worked as it should. Was little dusty and patio door to balcony is broken so they have wooden rod for lock. Overall, nice condo for price. I would certainly stay again. The worst part about resort is they wont let children under 16 use hot tub so are kids were bummed.

We had a great time in Rockport for our anniversary. We loved the condo, but it could have been a little cleaner. We had a little hiccup with the shower not draining that took a while to get fixed, but overall it was a great stay

First time VRBO user.

This was the first time I have used VRBO. The ease of everything was great. The staff was so polite and patient, very informative, kept in contact with me and answered all of my questions promptly. Ms. Kittys condo was as pictured, very nice and clean. Best view of the water. I would absolutely book with them again in the future. Very relaxing quick getaway!

Very Nice

Stay was great. Lobby employees were very friendly and willing to help. My only disappointment was there was no clean sheets for the pull out couch. Sheets were on the cot in the closet and must have been used previously by another renter.

Over all it was ok… AC went out first night so we had to find somewhere to hang out during the day to escape the heat. We are 70 + years old and have a dog

Pool was filthy!

This unit was fine except it did not have a much privacy at the balcony. We have stayed at other units that were more private. The pool was okay on the first day but management did not clean the pool often enough and on the second and third days the pool looked awful. It was quite murky and has a film floating on the surface. I realize this was over a busy holiday weekend when we were there but still there is no reason for the pool to look this bad!
