Rockport's beautiful coastline is the view from our inviting 1-bedroom condominium where you can have a wonderful time watching the water and the sky change colors from our balcony! Laguna Reef has it's own waterfront pool/hot tub and beachfront land and it's just a 4-minute drive from the Rockport Beach Park and a 24-minute drive from the stunning Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. Our condo & property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. There is a lighted, 1000 ft. fishing pier and waterfront land to sit and enjoy the views or soak up some sun!

As a traveler, you'll delight in the array of amenities that await you. Soak up the sun by the outdoor pool on the waterfront or unwind in the soothing hot tub, fish on the 1000 Foot Lighted pier and stay connected with the free WIFI. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker and all the necessary cookware and utensils to whip up delicious meals that you can enjoy on dining table inside or outside on the balcony table. Rockport Get-away

Great location. Condo is clean and area was quiet for our 4 days. Rockport beach is convenient and nice.

A nice quiet place to stay on the water in Rockport. Close to downtown with nice restaurants and shops. Condo was comfortable although somewhat outdated. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. We didn't cook there at all but seemed to be ample supplies. TV worked well. Overall a very nice place to stay in Rockport.

Glad you enjoyed your stay at our waterfront condo. We have great views, 1000 ft. Lighted fishing pier, large pool and hot tub. You can bring your kayaks or visit the Rockport Art Center or Maritime Museum. Balcony has 2 seating areas, with outside dining table. Enjoy the stunning views!

Great stay!

It was awesome! We loved our stay and room. The balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out watching the water. The room came with lots of items and we didn’t need anything while we were there! I would definitely book this room again!

GREAT LOCATION!

The condo has a good size and layout in a great location. The air conditioning is effective, and we loved sitting on the back patio. However, the unit is a bit outdated and could benefit from a deep clean, overall I would recommend this place to future visitors.

. Glad you enjoyed the wide view of the water and our large balcony. Our condo pool has a waterfront view also. Don’t know if you got to use the 1000 ft. Lighted fishing pier. Great restaurants in Rockport/Fulton. And the big beach is a short distance away from our condo. I like to sit out on the balcony and eat or have a drink. Thank you.

The Condo was very nice!!! The property was very clean close to the water which we liked!! The hosts were amazing, I had to call them because I couldn’t get the cable on the tv figured out but she walked me through it over the phone and was very kind!! I will definitely be staying here again!!

Balcony views were beautiful. Room was clean and AC was good. The only problem we had was we could not get the television in the family room to work. We had no problem with the one in the bedroom and the one in the family room worked the first day but not after that. Other than that it was great and we will definately return.

Glad you enjoyed our waterfront condo and the views. Sorry you had problems with the TV. If you don’t read the instructions on how to use it, it can be tricky. Even though it’s a fairly new TV, I’ll probably replace it soon. I always suggest that guests call me on one of the many notes in the condo and online, so it’s disappointing that you didn’t let me know so I could walk you thru getting it back on cable. In the future, I hope you call the host about any issue that can be easily fixed. Thank you.

Thanksgiving Indeed

After deciding to spend the Thanksgiving weekend on the coast, we returned to one of our favorite locations, Rockport. We give thanks for the blessing of staying in Pelican. Our entire experience was Five Star! Our interactions with our hosts, Valerie and Keith, was everything we could have hoped for. The location was perfect and the property was well maintained and provided everything we needed. We could have not asked for better on our short home away from home stay. We have decided this will be our No. 1 choice when we return to Rockport. I am confident in saying, you will not be disappointed!!

Spectacular view, cute condo

Cute condo furnished with everything that anyone needs, view was spectacular, private pier was a nice bonus, close to shops & beach. Plumber had been in condo to work on shower prior to our arrival & did not clean up after himself. Unfortunately, but beyond owner's control, there was a lot of noise outside of this unit but that is fault of rude people not having any consideration for others.

I do find it concerning that I sent you a message before you checked in, after you checked in and my phone number is in several areas in the condo. You could have gave me the courtesy of letting me correct the issues while you were there. Instead you wrote a review that affects my business. Pretty unfair. I hope the next time you stay in an Vrbo, that you tell the host what is going on and give him/her a chance to correct, instead of writing a bad review! I have a new cleaning crew, so there will not be problems with cleaning up after plumbers that leave a mess.

We love the Texas coastline and the towns of Rockport/Fulton! There is nothing better than the waterfront views from our condo balcony! We enjoy having a glass of wine and watching the colors of the water and sky change. I especially enjoy eating diner on our table top for 4 on our balcony.
