Julie was a perfect guest. She and her guests left The Crescentia House impeccable and she was very nice with excellent communication. I highly recommend her to any VRBO host and she is always welcome back.

St Mary’s July 18-21

We were in town for a small convention. Check in was flawless. All questions we had were answered quickly and the property manager went out of their way to help. Wonderful property within walking distance all around amazing stay. We will be staying again.

Fabulous old house. It was like stepping back in time . Easy access to everywhere. Host was so responsive and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to turn on the heat.

We had to go buy a big pot so we were able to cook our pasta. There’s no cookie sheets. It was difficult to cook. Other than that, everything else was good

The pots and sheets were in the cupboards and stove drawer. I’m sorry you did not see them. Guest used garage without asking and moved a large gutter out of the garage and left it in the yard!

The property doesnt have 4 bed rooms. The property has three bedrooms. They host has a futon in a foyer with curtain rods and curtains in the pass throughs connection the rooms on the first floor and calls that a bedroom. The property isnt one whole house. The house was converted into two rental units. A 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and a 2 bedroom on the second. There is a connection starewell in the front of the property but its cumbersome as you have to go through three doors to get from upstairs to the down staires regardless of which side you attempt.

The Crescentia House is absolutely an entire "whole" house! Built in 1884, it includes a "vestibule" which allows for a separate area off the front entrance, common in homes from the Victorian era. There is a door leading to the upstairs; however, if you don't want to lock it while there, you can prop it open with a door stop (provided) during your stay. There are NOT 3 doors to go through to enter the upstairs as guest stated in his review. Also, there is a STRICT NO PET POLICY and this guest brought a pet and then lied about it. He left the kitchen floor full of litter and dry dog food as well as an opened can of wet dog food. Additionally, there is also a 3rd bedroom upstairs which can be unlocked, if needed. (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 double bed - sleeping 10). Additionally, more guests arrived than listed on the reservation! The Crescentia House is exactly as advertised.

Not sure why Amy provided a 4 as she was very happy with everything when I spoke with her and expressed how much she loved the home and I also provided her with an early check-in for 6 guests FREE of charge.
