We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. The view was stunning and just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. The owners were fantastic and very accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Comfortable Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time to stay in Magnolia House. It is a great facility and super location. The 3 pools are a real treat, especially the Infinity pool on the beach! This condo had a very comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen! We chose this unit because it had a walk-in shower, which was very nice. The condo has a lot of decor everywhere. The shells are lovely to look at but it would be nice to have a little more space and a little less decor. The furniture was comfortable but it is worn. We were only given 1 small kitchen towel so we did go buy our own to use, otherwise the kitchen was good.

The washer was so noisy. It bothered the neighbors and the place is just cluttered with stuff. It’s just too busy and then on top of that off it just didn’t feel right.

We love Destin Pointe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at Destin Pointe Magnolia House. This condo complex is great for those that need accommodations/ADA. The pools are all accessible with a ramp and zero entry. The walk to the beach is 5-10 minutes, but it is all on sidewalks or trek decking. We will be back next year! The views from the balconies are fantastic and Thursday fireworks are good.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living area was clean and beautiful. The view from the balcony and walk to the gulf side were wonderful. The kitchen had all of the plates and dishes you could want and we loved having a small washer and dryer. Overall a wonderful experience.We also loved the chair and umbrella service, it was a delightful luxury. Parking under the building was really nice to stay out of the weather when packing and unpacking the car. -I think the only real off putting element was how humid the rental could be. We left the bathroom fan on even while we were away, but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay, just something to be aware of if you have problems with humidity.-This is a great location for families. My mother didn't like the noise from the pool below, but simply closing the sliding doors solved that problem.-Two of the heavy blinds that allowed eastern sun into the lockable outside area broke from old age before we left, but that was a minor flaw.
