This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has recently undergone a complete renovation and boasts a luxurious feel with a fresh, modern design that exudes ocean vibes. Magnolia House 307 is fully furnished with tasteful décor and high-end finishes, creating a comfortable and stylish living space. In the bedroom, you’ll find a King bed with an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
The condo includes two beach access points, providing a perfect opportunity for lounging on the sand, swimming in the ocean, or enjoying water sports. Additionally, two adult bikes are available, allowing you to explore the surrounding area and take in the sights at your own pace. The fitness center is fully equipped for those who like to stay active and provides a great place to exercise and stay in shape.
The gated community of Destin Pointe features three pools, two hot tubs, and tennis/pickleball courts, providing plenty of options for relaxation and recreation. Whether you’re looking to soak up the sun or engage in some friendly competition, Magnolia House 307 has something for everyone.

This condo was awesome! Fantastic view, clean, and the little welcome packet was so thoughtful when you hadn't gone to the grocery store yet! The handwritten note was an amazing touch. Condo was exactly like in pictures and the binder was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Fabulous

Compared to other properties in this area and hiking & biking all around, this seemed to have best amenities and location by far. The Magnolia House was awesome and guests and owners were equally friendly. 3 pools were great and Weber grills provided a nice option for grill masters. The perks into the harbor area, like water taxi (complimentary) were awesome.Great bang for the buck!

Magnolia Blooms!

Loved being able to book activities with Xplorie, & we golfed twice! The two pools were clean & cool. Having access to two private beaches as well as bikes, we never ran out of things to do. The neighborhood was not only lovely, but it felt safe also! Finally, the space was perfect for us two adults, & was exactly as advertised. We will be back!

Great beach condo.

This was our first time in Destin. The location was great and we were close to everything in the area. Easy beach access. The only thing that bothered me was the room was located right in front of the elevators and was very loud at times essentially in the early morning hours . It definitely would not stop me from staying here again. Hope to be back soon! Thank you.

I appreciated the tram to the beach. Though we did walk over the dunes to the beach in front of the hotel too! The location was nice and quiet but still close to things. I also really liked the area in area by the front door of the condo. It was a nice place to keep our beach gear and shoes. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Destin 2024

It is a nice one bedroom condo that overlooks the pool. We enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to the private oceanfront beach. The tram mentioned was not working during our stay but no big deal. I really only have two complaints. The bed has a mattress protector on it that crunches every time you move. And while the view from the balcony is nice, when you want privacy, you need to close the curtains on the slider because everyone at the pool can see directly into the condo. But that is the same with every condo there just because of the layout. Also, the light from the hallway makes its way into the bedroom at night. The curtains are not able to keep all of the light out. Overall the property was very clean and is in a great location. We used uber for transportation and saved about $450 as opposed to renting a vehicle. They are building a new pool right on the beach and the renderings look pretty amazing. That will be a great addition.

Good stay but understand what you get

My wife and I stayed here for a four day getaway. The unit is nice, and fairly well appointed. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has a decent amount of cookware. Make sure you bring regular, basket style coffee filters. The view is nice. The unit is directly across from the elevators. The property owner gets a 5.Now on the other side. Make sure you check and see what is available for your "800 of FREE activities every day of your stay..." We wanted to go fishing, but they were not running during our stay, Spring Break", Every other charter service was available. Save yourself a headache and check the Xplorie website. The pool right in front of the room is convenient, but both days we used it kids were running around unattended, making it difficult to relax or use the hot tub. We were not the only ones who were complaining about this. The property has rules, two pages of them, they just don't enforce them. I would rate the property management a three and a half. I will say that Johnny, at the gate when we checked in, is stellar. He really went out of his way to welcome us.

We always recommend that guests review the included activities in advance, as Destin is a popular tourist destination where booking early is often necessary. Additionally, as a seasonal beach town, some activities may have limited availability at certain times of the year. As a family-friendly, private gated community with three pools, we hope you were able to enjoy some relaxation at one of the other pools if the one nearest to your unit was a bit too lively. The handicapped accessibly at this complex is great. There was a ramp with rails in the pool directly in front of the condo. The second pool next to the beach is zero entry. The only inconvenience was the tram was out for a few days. The walk was doable we will bring our beach wagon next year just in case. Would recommend 10/10.

A perfect view

We used the Xplorie for golf twice and loved the savings we received for a free round of golf. The pool and the hot tub were two of our favorite places. We sat at the beach twice and it was so nice not to have to lug down umbrellas and chairs.This is definitely in our radar with another visit in the future!
