Great place to stay

Work in Monticello occasionally and found this place and will always stay here if it’s available had everything I needed and more, very comfortable and clean.host is awesome

Christmas getaway

We had the most wonderful stay for the month of December. From waiting for the birth of our grandson and spending Christmas together as a family was fantastic. The house was exactly what we needed and the town is wonderful.

Clean and Neat Little House

Close to dwtwn Monticello, much better than a hotel with extra space, neighborhood was nice, I loved the flowering trees/bushes. Owners made extra efforts with sundries; shower was strong and hot, The main bed slept firmly which is great for me and spouse, had good sleep all nights we were there!

Wonderful space for serenity

My caretaker sister-in-law needed 2 things. To visit her brother who is in Hospice and to get some much needed respite from her own caretaking experience. This space was wonderful.

Wonderful home

Beautiful renovated home in historic district. This host provides many extras
things you might have forgotten to pack, plus treats! Water pressure was great and shower head high enough for tall people. Bed was comfy as was living room furniture. Spacious kitchen and dining room. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Cozy Cottage - Thumbs Up

This cottage was as advertised. What was unexpected was the cleanliness of the house. It was in superb condition. The owners thought of all the things to make guests comfortable - extra sheets, towels, and blankets, snacks, water, coffee, and creamer. They also left recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Great spot! We’ll be back.

Quiet and Beautiful

Nestled in a picturesque southern town, this home is surrounded by delightful dining options within walking distance. The neighborhood is not only tranquil but also invites you to explore its beauty on a leisurely stroll. The house provides all the necessary items for the stay and more. Yard is large with beautiful landscaping. I would stay here anytime I’m visiting the area.

Quaint and quiet.

This is a very nicely appointed house was a good choice for us. We were there for a wedding. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. The house has been updated and well kept. The king size bed was very comfortable. It's close to downtown, within walking distance. Monticello has been in a growth mode with many restaurants available close by. We will stay here again.

Home away from home

This property met our needs, it was clean, and very reasonably priced for the area. We had a small issue finding the house initially but we were able to reach the owner with ease and our issue was handled quickly. This place was perfect for the two of us, as we were visiting for a couple days for a wedding. We appreciate the hospitality and we always love visiting Monticello and Tallahassee. We hope to book again the next time we're in the area.

Awesome place to say.

What a great place. The hostess had everything covered. If you forget a little item you can pretty much guarantee that she has it stashed in there somewhere just in case you did. Very clean. Very comfortable very spacious. The whole process was easy and easy out. Awesome Neighbors.

Check in difficulties

Doors were locked with no key. Took a number of calls to reach owner causing our plans to be delayed. Hole in AC vent outside leaking all the cold air, my husband sealed it with duct tape and cooled down quickly. Home was clean and sufficient.

We enjoyed this quaint cottage! It was quiet and peaceful and a great relief from our noisy, fast paced daily life. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for the small Christmas touches. I did bring my own as well to add to the ambiance.
