This stunning condo that sleeps 8 was recently updated in 2021 to include all new furnishings, appliances and flooring. Located on the 12th floor w/view of the Gulf and lake. 2 bedrooms w/twin bed bunk room and two full baths. Kitchen fully equipped w/dining area. Property includes 3 pools, sauna, fitness center, Cabana Cafe and golf course on site. Access to beach is a 2000 ft walk across the lake board walk with The Whale Tail bar on beach! Several restaurants within walking distance and Silver Sands shopping mall approx 1.5 miles.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the pools and the short, easy walk to the beach. Our host was very helpful when we needed help getting another parking pass. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and condo!! Centrally located and walking distance to the beautiful beach!! Condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Had a great weekend at Seascapes.

Great view

The house was described accurately with beautiful views getting in and out was not a problem and contact with the property owner was not a problem however I had a problem figuring out the heat for 2 days so it was cold for the first two days we were there and I couldn't seem to get a hold of the property guy at that time but that was the only time and the closet smelled like something died in it and I couldn't hang my clothes up. Other than those two things it wasn't very nice place very clean very very well described It wasn't exactly as it says.

Perfect vacation home away from home!!

This stay exceeded all expectations! Great location- convenient and has tons of extras!! We enjoyed the relaxing condo, the gym, the pools, and the convenient quarter mile walk over the water to the ocean. We would highly recommend this location and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great location

Our stay was great, we enjoyed the beach access, pools, and all that the apartment offered. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The main bedroom did not have black out curtains so the lights at night will come in, but other than that we have no complaints. The location is great for restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Communication was helpful also when needing help with parking passes. Thank you for our stay!

October vacation

The room was amazing. Very clean. Spacious. A lot of things provided like pots, pans, dish soap, laundry detergent, silverware, pool/beach toys and cart, etc. everything was described well. We got our code in plenty of time. The only thing is I wish we could have got in the room a little earlier as we arrived earlier than expected and had to just drive around to kill time.
