Cozy Studio Apartment Nestled in the Trees

Everything you need in one studio apartment! This apartment is above our garage and has a completely private, separate entrance from our house. There is one flight of stairs leading up to the apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. There is also a stackable washer and dryer. Parking is off street, in the parking area to the left of our driveway. You will love our central location—3 minutes to Biltmore Village, 5 minutes to the entrance of the Biltmore Estate, and about 5 minutes to downtown Asheville. We only rent this apartment once a month. We do have two dogs that may greet you with a few barks, but they are friendly. If you see that it’s available then go ahead and book it.

This was a small -cute apartment above a garage. You still have your privacy and it’s in a great area to walk your dog. The owners are great people and we will definitely will be back to stay there. I highly recommend this apartment.

I've never truly felt like I was in the mountains while staying in Asheville. But staying in this apartment made us feel like we were tucked away on a mountain side. And, yet we were only minutes from Biltmore, great restaurants, breweries, trails, art galleries etc! Great stay!

Our hosts Laura and Justin treated us like family. The apartment was perfect for the three of us (including our dog). Clean and neat. So convenient to everything to do in Ashville. We will definitely stay with them the next time we visit Ashville.

This is a gem: brand new, beautiful, light-filled, large kitchen, very comfortable bed, lots of closet space. The owners were wonderful hosts, providing coffee and a selection of teas. We would definitely return!

The owners are so nice and welcoming! The location perfect, the accommodations truly lovely for a small apartment. Would highly recommend. So pretty! Our dogs loved their dogs. There are stairs so be prepared for that. Nice walking area.

Absolutely beautiful!!

This little efficiency, above garage apartment exceeded our expectations!! My husband and I spent 4 nights here and everything was perfect (except the pillows on the bed - they were very thin and flat). Location was wonderful - close to Biltmore and the quiet neighborhood was great for walking. Small couch was comfortable and kitchen had anything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!!!

Best Ever !

This was the most perfect space we could ever have hoped for. The apartment was private, modern, and well located with everything you need for a wonderful visit to Asheville. In-between our visits to the many arts and craft galleries and trendy restaurants, we walked around the quiet neighborhood, taking in the local ambience and checking out everyone's houses and landscaping. The weather and the neighborhood were perfect. We appreciate and would like to thank our hosts for providing such a unique and safe place for us to stay in.

Tucked Away in the Trees

I can't say enough about this adorable apartment tucked away in the trees in what has to be one of the most bucolic sections of Asheville. Here, you are only minutes from Biltmore Village and downtown, and yet you feel as if you are in the midst of an old-growth forest. My wife and I instantly felt at home as we entered this immaculate apartment located atop the owners' detached garage. Tastefully finished and furnished, the apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos accompanying the listing. The owners were welcoming and friendly, but provided us with complete privacy throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Asheville.

The Perfect Asheville Stay for Couples

We were so pleased with our stay. We are grateful that Justin and Laura have opened up their upstairs garage apartment to guests- their property is lovely and in a great location- a short drive to everything in Asheville. We spent our time out all day hiking or enjoying everything the city has to offer. It was wonderful coming back to a place that felt like a nice hotel room (with a full kitchen and washer/dryer!). The kitchen was great for prepping our lunches for day hikes every morning and for reheating meals- plenty of counter space. We are huge on cleanliness- I have horrible allergies and we always cart around a small air purifier with us on vacations. This place was spotless and smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. You can tell this little apartment was made to be a comfortable living space and was thoughtfully done. There are full-length mirrors on the closet doors, shelves, and multiple towel hooks- things commonly lacking at other stays. The check-in and out process was also the easiest we have experienced which was wonderful- very low stress. The Pisgah and Dupont hikes were all great- it was a wonderful time to see the waterfalls. Thank you again!
