Ideal for up to 5 people, this apartment is located on the second floor of a two-unit building. It has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dining table. It has a nice fully fenced yard and a driveway with space to park up to 4 cars. The apartment is fully furnished and has wi-fi and the laundry is shared with other guests. Located on a cute cul-de-sac from a nice neighborhood just 1/2 mile from the beach and 50 minute drive to Boston. The main bedroom is located in the attic so there is an extra flight of stairs to get there, and the laundry is in the basement. There is a central heat system for the winter and window AC units for the summer. The attic bedroom has a mini-split AC/heater system. FYI there is another apartment occupied by other tenants on the floor below and there may be ambient noise that travel through the walls (both ways).

Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Loved the layout of the apartment too. I enjoyed the music/tv that welcomed us in living room and master bedroom suite upstairs. Appreciated the great communication with owner as well. Quick perfect stay for us.

Have nothing but great things to say about this property. Check in/out was very easy and Sergio was very accommodating. Our group of 6 was very comfortable in the space which is furnished and decorated beautifully. We would love to stay here on our next visit to Gloucester.

Perfect Getaway
We spent one night to take advantage of Gloucester and Rockport beaches during a heat wave. This is a beautifully furnished and clean apartment on the second and third floors of a house in a residential neighborhood. Loved the 3rd floor master with spacious seating area and television. Quick drive to beaches, shops, restaurants and attractions. We will definitely book again!

Great place to stay for a short vacation.
We had a wonderful time at Sergio’s place. He was very accommodating, and the place had everything we wanted, down to beach towels, and even a bottle of wine. Very quiet location with a great backyard. Hope to see you there again on our next visit to Gloucester.

Just right
Came for a brief overnight. Communication with host was great - property was very nice. Wish bathroom had been upstairs adjoining the nicest bedroom, as stairs were tricky to navigate if needing to “get up” in the middle of the night!

Very cute, comfortable and convenient rental!
Sergio was a great host who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The rental was very well decorated and clean. Stocked with coffee, fresh fruit and snacks, and chocolate eggs on each bed. Linens were plentiful and bathroom had soap and shampoo available. I had asked about using the bbq and Sergio delivered a bag of charcoal for me to use. Very thoughtful! The location is convenient to great sites and restaurants. We will definitely be renting this unit again on our visits to see our son at Gordon!

I am a cancer survivor, and ever since chemo, my body has had a hard time regulating its temperature. For that reason, I need it to be quite cold when I sleep, or I'll be away all night. I specifically looked for places that had AC in the rooms, and this listing mentioned having one in the upstairs bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all three bedrooms have their own units, with the top floor having a splitter. I still don't usually sleep well in new places, but I actually slept great here!This property is really gorgeous. It's on a quiet back road, but very close to the harbor and downtown. It feels lush and we were really pleased with all the amenities. I had new shoes that I was wearing for the wedding we were attending and had forgotten to bring band-aids to protect my toes. On a whim, I checked the medicine cabinet in the bathroom and was delighted to find an entire box. We really appreciated all the little ways Sergio looked out for his guests. This place would be quite comfortable in the long term, and feels more like a home than some hotel room. It was pretty expensive, but since there are three rooms, splitting the cost between folks made it doable, and even ended up costing less than getting a hotel. Sergio himself was incredible. I messaged him multiple times asking questions and he responded very quickly and with very helpful info. 10/10 visit and we will be staying here again in the future if possible.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
This is a typical New England house built in the 1800's that has gone through extensive modifications to bring it up to date without losing it's original charm. However, the lay-out of the spaces and the size of the rooms are the same as when they were built originally and this could mean that some rooms are not the size or the lay-out that we expect from a modern house. Take note that the bathroom space may be tight for some people, but it is fully functional. And the main bedroom is located in the attic (third floor). Thank you for letting us be part of your New England experience!
