Welcome to your beachfront escape on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach 🌊☀️
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a fun bunk area for the kids is designed for relaxed beach vacations with family and friends, offering direct Gulf-front living just steps from the sand.

The open living area features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light and open directly to your private balcony overlooking the Gulf 🌊
Step outside to enjoy morning coffee, watch dolphins pass by, or relax in the evening as the sun sets over the water.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or enjoying dinner together after a sunset walk. Full-size appliances, cookware, and dining essentials make cooking easy and convenient during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and flexibility for families or groups:
Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom and balcony access 🌊
Guest Bedroom: King bed for additional privacy and comfort
Bunk Area: Fun built-in bunk area for the kids
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress for extra guests

The condo includes two full bathrooms for convenience and privacy—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. Fresh towels are provided for your stay.
For added comfort, you’ll also have a full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and smart lock entry for easy, secure self check-in.

Beach chairs and an umbrella are included (March–October), so your spot on the sand is already set up and waiting 🌴☀️

Everything you could want!

My family of 7 stayed for a wonderful 7 nights and had the best time. The location of the condo is so convenient, you’re close to everything but also not right in the hustle and bustle. We loved being so close to the state park. We loved being on the 4th floor where you could overlook the pool and beach and see the kids playing. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely book again. Amazing experience and I recommend if you are going PCB Florida, stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at Suzie’s place. Location of the condo and cleanliness of it will have us coming back to stay. Check in/out was a breeze. The balcony furniture was very comfortable also. Just an all around great stay!

Family Vacation

The property was wonderful. Exactly as described. We had no issues at all for the 7 days we were there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had 7 people in our party, adults, teens and kids and accommodations were great for everyone. Staying at this property is highly recommended for a great vacation!

4 month Snowbird stay

We just finished our 2nd Snowbird stay with Suzie Sunshine and it was wonderful. Treasure Island Resort is one of the cleanest, safest and friendliest resorts I’ve ever been to. The workers are all great and so helpful. Suzie’s condo has the greatest view and a huge balcony which you will live on! The condo is spacious, well stocked and clean. We lacked for nothing. Suzie is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. But you will have none because it is perfect! See you again in November!

Great views, beautiful room, and awesome resort.

This is our 3rd year staying at Tropicana treasure. We absolutely love it. The condo is beautiful and comes with everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Suzie is a great host and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We will be returning again in July and cannot wait! Also, make sure you check out Liza’s, you won’t be disappointed. They have the best food and drinks and the owners are fabulous as well. I highly recommend Treasure Island Resort and Tropicana Treasure.

Wonderful Condo

Treasure Island is our favorite place to stay, and finding this 4th floor condo is the cherry on top!!! First the condo is very clean, plenty of seating in the living room, very well stocked with your kitchen needs. Being on the 4th floor we hardly used to elevators made loading and unloading from the car very easy. Would highly recommend this condo!!

Snowbirds from Michigan

We stayed at Tropicana Treasure for 5 months from Nov-March. It was a wonderful stay in Treasure Island Resort. The condo was clean, spacious, so comfortable and the view of the Gulf is just amazing. The balcony is a whole extra living area, it’s so big and has great furniture. Treasure Island Resort is one of the cleanest and friendliest places we have ever stayed. The pool and hot tub are fabulous! Suzie is a great host and quick to answer any questions. You will have a great trip if you stay here! 😎❤️

Nice, comfortable condo with a beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay here. This is our favorite resort in Panama City Beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms are nice with exception of the kind master bed was a firm mattress. My husband didn’t mind as that is his preference. The closet bunks are a good use of space and provided our little girls with their own beds. The balcony was large enough for a comfortable place to sit for all of us. This condo had everything we needed and wanted for the week.

Great Condo Great Host

Room was perfect. Location was perfect for my wife and I. We are older and dont get around as well as we used to. Close to elevators. Close to the parking. Quick acess to pool and ocean. Condo up to date. Fully stocked with essentials. Mattress was comfortable. Ceiling fans are new and move quite a bit of air keeping you nice and cool.

Hi, I'm Suzie — a Panama City Beach local who grew up with this beautiful coastline as my backyard. 🌴

The beach has always been my peaceful place — where life slows down, the emerald water puts everything in perspective and everything feels a little lighter. Some people discover PCB on vacation. I was lucky enough to grow up here.

What started as a dream of owning a beachfront condo for my family turned into something I never expected — a genuine passion for sharing that same feeling with families and guests who love the coast as much as I do.

Over 225 five star stays later I can honestly say this is more than a rental business. Every condo is personally managed by me — not a call center, not a property management company. Just me, genuinely invested in making sure your family has the vacation you've been dreaming about.

I think about the details — organic sheets on every bed, a fully stocked kitchen, exclusive discount codes waiting in your welcome packet — because I know how much a great vacation means to a family.
