Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to six guests with two spacious bedrooms and a cozy bunk area. The master bedroom features a king bed, beautiful gulf views, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. The bunk area includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. Fresh linens and essentials are provided for a restful stay.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, with modern appliances, cookware, and plenty of counter space. Enjoy your creations at the dining table or step out onto the balcony for al fresco dining with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Living area
The living room is a comfortable spot to unwind after a day at the beach, with plush seating and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is included, so you can stream your favorite shows or share vacation photos. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for added convenience.

Outdoor living & amenities
From March through October, enjoy complimentary beach service with two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily. The resort offers a pool, hot tub, gym, and BBQ grills for guest use. Paid parking is available on-site for up to two vehicles (one-time $35 fee plus tax due at arrival).

Pet policy
Bring your furry friend along—one pet dog (30 lbs or less) is welcome per unit, with a nonrefundable $300 pet fee plus tax due at check-in.
