The house was exceptionally clean, which was wonderful. The kitchen provided everything you could ever need for a vacation stay. The house also provided everything you needed for a beach day, which you could see from many areas in the house. Beds were very comfortable and shower was amazing. Would definitely recommend and we’ll stay again during our next visit to Gulfport.

Our favorite place to stay in Gulfport! Walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and great amenities inside the house. We cook most of our meals at the house and it has just about everything you need to do so! Definitely will stay there again if the chance arises.

Love the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room

Gorgeous updated home with a beautiful view. Very close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is stunning. The kitchen had the basics for cooking. The host left us some goodies which my kids loved!

Awesome beach house!

Everything you need to relax and enjoy Gulfport. Close to quiet white sand beaches. Great restaurants and lots to do during your stay. Our family loved it!

This is a beautiful home in a perfect quiet location, and very well appointed. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO beach properties and I have to say, the owners of this property are very thoughtful and really go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, even giving a welcome gift and providing beverages! (That was a first!) They also provide essentials not normally included in a rental. The only thing I would add is a bit of instruction for the ceiling fans (which are fantastic, btw) because if you've never dealt with remote high tech fans, you might get frustrated. I would definitely stay here again. V

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our weekend stay tremendously and the cottage was perfect! It was clean and well stocked, and the location awesome. Beach within walking distance and breathtaking beach views from the cottage! Will rent again!

Great house and owner!

This was our first time to Gulf Port but definitely will not be our last! This house is immaculate! Everything was so nice and the host was awesome! So much better than we ever anticipated! Will definitely plan to stay here again! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Beautiful home with a beach view

The house is located in a charming neighborhood eithin a block of the beach. Beautiful oak trees line the streets. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the master bathroom was amazing. We had a wonderful time, the owners were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing

What you see is what you get, and it was above and beyond my expectations, which were high to start with. The house was impeccably clean, well supplied, and the hosts were amazing! They actually left us a hand written Thank You note for staying there. The stay could not have been better. It is a safe and convenient location to most anything you want to do along the coast.

We were equally impressed with this family! They were very kind, friendly and responsive. They left our property extremely clean and even washed the used towels. Though it was not required, it was extremely thoughtful and was much appreciated. They also left us a kind Thank You card that touched our hearts and made our day. This is the place to stay! It's a beautiful new home just walking distance from the beach! This property is meticulously maintained and has everything you need for your stay! The owners are very quick to respond and genuinely cared if we were comfortable! We will be back next year!

Perfect Beach House!

From the time we walked in the door this beautiful beach cottage felt like home. Donna & Tim started our stay with a sweet welcome bag to help us settle in. Everything was immaculate and exactly as described in thr online listing. Donna was super essy to communicate with and was so helpful. If you are lookimg for an affordable icean view home for you gulf coast get away I highly recommend Tim & Donna's Mint to Sea home.

Beautiful beach house

This house was amazing! There is nothing negative to say about this place. It was clean. The owners checked in with us by text to make sure we did not have any questions. Walking distance to the beach. Beautiful view from the house of the gulf. We plan on coming back next year!

Beyond Expectations

This property is simply beautiful. Roomy and open, but still cozy. The beds are very comfortable. The remote control ceiling fans are fantastic. The kitchen has a great variety of cookware and plenty of space to make a wonderful meal. The dining room has an incredible view of the beach. Lots of outdoor and beach items on hand. The spacious front porch and its view are a little slice of heaven. The hosts are the amazing. They left a hand written card and goodie bag for us. Texted to ensure we were well and had what we needed. The only thing we were missing was more time.
