Welcome to The Palms. A newly renovated 4 plex offering 1 bed 1 bath units with a full kitchen. Each unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa. This oasis is offering a great outside space. Lounge by the pool, enjoy dinner in the court yard. Gas grills are available. Grab your beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas and head to the white sandy beach only 200 yards away. Less than a mile from time square and blocks from several restaurants and bars that have reopened. This place is the perfect spot for 2 visiting the Fort Myers beach area. Very short walk to beach and still walkable to other restaurants and establishments. Having a wagon with umbrella/chairs made hanging out at the beach very easy. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and a few utensils as well as a coffee maker. Bathroom was updated with plenty of clean towels and hair dryer. The pool out back was private and relaxing to lounge by. We definitely heard our neighbors a bit but that is to be expected when you share walls and it was not overly bothersome. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect little place

We could not have been happier with this place. Super clean, short walk to quieter part of the beach and a great heated pool to enjoy. Would definitely recommend. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to a few questions.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Palms! So close to the beach, the pool in back was amazing, walking distance to all the action, all the amenities needed in the unit. We will be back!

Everything was quite good! Very clean property. It is a 4 plex so thin walls and you can hear your neighbors was the worst part of the experience. Location is a walkable distance to shops and restaurants.

House was great. Perfect for a couple just looking to do some beach hopping. Very close to Ft. Myers beach, restaurants, and grocery/liquor stores.Easy drives to Sanibel, Captiva amd Bonita beaches.House was clean and had all needed amenities. Pool was clean with losts of pool chairs and floaties available. The access to chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and wagons to take to the beach was also a huge plus.We would definitely stay here again of we come back to Ft. Myers Beach.

Had a fantastic time in Ft Myers. The Palms was located close to beach and Times Square. We had everything we needed for a fantastic beach weekend. Ron was an exceptional host and allowed us to extend our stay at the last minute as we weren't ready to leave!

Stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. Everything is brand new and well laid out. Beach walking distance and having beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. was a great plus. Heated pool was amazing to swim or just hang out. Ron was great to communicate with and very flexible. One of our best VRBO experiences.

Fun in the sun!

Cute, clean property close to everything. Great host! Minutes walking distance to the beach. Awesome pool, stocked kitchen, up to date appliances and tvs. Walked to breakfast across the street. I will definitely be back!
