Enjoy a bright, inviting space with all the amenities for a memorable vacation, including stunning beach and water views. Perfect for families, this apartment offers comfort and convenience in a prime location.

The Space:

Welcome to this bright, clean, and inviting vacation apartment located on the first floor with easy poolside access. The open-concept living and dining area is beautifully furnished with updated decor.



The dining area comfortably seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen provides all the conveniences of home. The living room offers comfortable seating, and the sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.



The two spacious bedrooms each feature king-size upgraded mattresses, ample closet, and dresser space. A newly renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower and an in-unit laundry room add to the convenience.



Step outside to the glorious pool area, complete with loungers, tables, chairs, and umbrellas, all surrounding a heated pool.



Additional amenities include a propane grill and shared beach equipment such as carts, chairs, coolers, and floaters.

Last house on a quiet dead end street a 1/2 block to the beautiful sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access and restaurants only steps away. 5 minute walk to Fort Myers Beach access #23



Getting Around:

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic



Other Things to Note:

Guests will have two tandem parking spots. No street parking

No parties only registered guests allowed on premises

Booking guest must be 25 years old minimum

Stay with Family for Baseball Tournament

Came down for the BCS baseball tournament from Georgia. Wife wanted to stay near the beach so this place was perfect in terms of location and proximity to beach. Place was clean and cozy. We would definitely rent again if we re-visit FMB. Strip was ideal for my morning runs and there is an outdoor workout facility .25 miles from condo. Loved the convenience!

Great Experience

It was a joy to stay at this property. You can tell the overall landscape in this neighborhood is still rebuilding from the previous hurricane. It wasn't too commercialized which we liked very much. The overall stay was a 5 star for us. We did feel the price was a little much considering everyone seemed to be building back from the storm, but it was a great trip for us as a couple. Thanks for the accommodations! They were great!

Perfect location

This is a perfect spot for access to the beach. It is a 2 block walk. The beach is not busy right where you walk in from this location. The restaurant options are not real close and the traffic to get to tue nightlife is intermittently very busy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook though. We really enjoyed our stay!

Vacation

Came down for a quick weekend with some friends and absolutely loved the place. Honestly the first place I’ve stayed at that I can say truly felt clean and exceeded our expectations. My wife and I loved the bed so much we looked at the kind of mattress and ordered the same one for at home. I can’t recall a time I ever slept good on vacation til this trip.They accommodated our last minute early arrival without hesitation. The location is great only a 1 mile walk to the Lani Kai/time square and 1 mile to the grocery store so you don’t have to uber or worry about a ride once you get to the beach! Place is very nice and private! stayed a lot of places on Fort Myers beach and this is a new favorite.If you’re willing to sacrifice the ocean view for a good nights sleep I’d reccomend this place!

Wonderful Villa!

We had a lovely time ! Beach house was exactly as listed ! It was very clean , very comfortable beds and we loved that they offered complimentary beach chairs and a wagon !! Having a full size washer and dryer was so nice . I could take clean clothes
