Pilsen is home to many small businesses, boutiques, restaurants, and bars that reflect the neighborhood's unique character. It is also a hub for art and culture, with numerous galleries, museums, and music venues showcasing local and international talent. Additionally, Pilsen is conveniently located near the University of Illinois at Chicago and several major highways, making it an accessible and popular destination for both residents and visitors.

From O'Hare Airport, you can take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and get off at Clark/Lake station. From there, transfer to the Pink Line towards 54th/Cermak and get off at 18th station. From 18th station, take the #18 bus towards 16th/18th and get off at Racine & 18th bus stop. Walk south on Racine Ave for about 3 minutes and you'll reach South Racine Ave.

From Downtown Chicago, you can take the Pink Line towards 54th/Cermak from any of the stations along its route, including the Clark/Lake station. Get off at 18th station and follow the same directions as above.

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.

In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- No pets are allowed. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty.
