Your whole family will have plenty of room in each of the four large and beautifully decorated bedrooms.

Bedroom 1/Master is on the upper level w/King Bed, 55" Roku Smart TV, and huge walk in closet. The large ensuite bathroom is equipped with a stand-in shower and a separate large freestanding tub to enjoy a glass of wine while staring at the breathtaking views of the Smokey Mountains.

Bedroom 2/Guest Room is also on the upper level w/King Bed & 55" Roku Smart TV.

Bedroom 3/Bunk Room is on the upper level and has 2 full sized bunk beds.

Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom located in the hallway directly across each room and is equipped with a stand-in shower.

Bedroom 4/Guest Room is on the lower level, and also has direct access to the hot tub. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

There is an additional full bathroom on the main level with a shower/tub combo, as well as another full bathroom in the pool house with a shower/tub combo, bringing the total bathrooms to five.

PETS:

We love hosting our four-legged guests! We're happy to welcome up to 2 dogs MAX (with owners approval), 100.00 charge per pet. No pets over 50 pounds. No cats allowed.

For insurance reasons, please note that the following breeds (including mixes) are NOT permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiffs, Pit Bull, Presa, Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, wolf hybrids.

With no neighbors on either side or behind you, the sense of peace and privacy is unmatched. It still offers absolutely incredible 180 degree views of the Smokey Mountains & a glimpse of Douglas Lake .

Take in picturesque views from the fire pit, sip your morning coffee from one of the Adirondack chairs, or relax in the hot tub.

This newly remodeled property is just 13 short miles from the world-famous Dollywood Family Amusement Park and all the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Kids and adults alike will love the incredible SEPARATE Pool house. Indoor heated pool is on the main level, and theatre and game room above. Enjoy the latest blockbuster movie in the spacious Theatre room on the 70" Smart Roku TV with 9 comfortable theatre seats! Finally, the arcade/game room comes fully equipped with a beautiful slate-top pool table and a large 5 seat poker table (including chips). Of course, no game room is complete without an arcade machine loaded with 100's of your favorite classic games, like Pac-Man, Frogger, and Donkey Kong. There are also an array of separate arcade favorites throughout the room, including Tron, Golden Tee and Galaga!

You will have private access to the entire cabin.

48 hours before your arrival, we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check-in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting off-site for keys; just arrive at the cabin!

Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or late check-out. This is a large cabin that requires extra time to prepare for the next guests.

The hot tub is all ready for you and should NOT be set lower than 100 degrees or more than 104 degrees at all times.

We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. More details will be sent in our Welcome Letter five days prior to arrival.

Lastly, a rental agreement form must be completed within 24 hours after booking. If this is not completed, you may lose your booking.
