Hello, I want to publicly respond to your review. You called us right around check-in time because you could not figure out the safety alarm for the pool. I stayed on the phone with you while you figured it out. You said thank you so much, and the place looks amazing. Then later you messaged having trouble with getting the TVs past guest mode. The wifi was never out during your stay. In our messages, you stated that your phones were connected; you just could not get past guest mode. I walked you through some solutions, but I wasn't able to help. Because of it being so late in the day we had to send someone the next day. We had someone out the next afternoon who was able to get the TVs operational. At 9 pm the night before check-out, you asked for a late checkout. I said that I would have to ask the cleaner in the morning because they were asleep. At 9 am, my cleaner texted back that they could not accommodate your late check-out. We had a guest checking in that afternoon, and they needed adequate time to clean it before the next guests. To clarify, I never said you could check out late during your stay. I promised to ask the cleaner, but with such short notice, it's hard to accommodate. After checkout, you messaged me angrily, saying that I should have given you extra nights to stay for free because of the TV issue, despite me giving a partial refund for the inconvenience. We tried our best to solve any issues quickly, and were met with rudeness from you.
