Welcome to our charming duplex, where you'll be renting both units for your ultimate vacation experience!
Our duplex features two fully furnished units, each with its own private entrance, living space, and kitchen. Both units are thoughtfully designed and decorated to provide you with the comfort and convenience you need during your stay.

Located in the Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, KS, this home is right by KU Medical Center.

Less than 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza and 39th Street areas
10 minutes to Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

Guests will have the entire property to themselves

The first floor unit includes Two bedrooms with king size beds. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The second floor unit includes two bedrooms with king beds and a spacious living room with a sofa sleeper for 1. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

Each unit includes its own kitchen and full bathroom.
The second floor unit includes a washer and dryer.

The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available.

Pets welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.

Super stylish, comfortable house with plenty of room for five people.

It was close to where we needed to go daily, management was prompt and friendly,and home was as advertised in all the best of ways.

Visit to Kansas

This. was a wonderful place to stay. The decor was fun and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for your stay. It even had a bar cart with glasses and items needs for making cocktails. The front porch had a comfy area to hangout.

Great Location and Plenty of Room

The place had enough room and amenities for everyone. Well-stocked duplex close to everything. We would like to have had the lower level area bathroom/bathtub a bit cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We enjoyed the front porch with the couches we could all gather on at night. It also had ample room for parking and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were also very comfortable.
