Summer vacation

This vacation rental is at a great location. It’s only a 10-15 min walk to downtown Encinitas and the beach. The hostess was great with communication and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We walked into this vacation rental ready to have our first Thanksgiving by the beach. The townhouse was tastefully decorated and well equipped for our family of four. This two bedroom townhome had several sleep options that made it more like a three bedroom. The kitchen was fully functional, clean and fully equipped. One of our favorite areas was the balcony! Great for watching the sunset and playing cards. The beach was about a 15 minute walk three minute drive very accessible to have daily time at the beach. The town of Encinitas is full of wonderful shops and eateries! We went to lighthouse church on Sunday just a walk away from the townhouse what a wonderful community. Brooke was very attentive, and a wonderful, gracious host. We will definitely be back to visit this property when we are in SoCal , thank you Brooke for a thankful, cozy, peaceful, family Thanksgiving!

Encinitas Apartment

Cute little apartment with a balcony not far from Swami's Beach. Has everything you would need for a stay near the beach. It's about a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach or the downtown shops of Encinitas. Moonlight Beach is a bit of a further walk, but in 25 minutes or so, you'll be there. The owner communicated well and answered all questions in a timely manner. We heard the train at night but it didn't really bother us. Would love to stay here again if I get back in town!
