We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, just a short bike ride to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and everything Encinitas has to offer. The home was clean and comfortable with great parking and a super cute backyard! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We can’t wait to come back! Very cute place. You get your own parking that you never have to fight for, the back yard and living room are so nice we spent lots of time using them. The garage is set up like a little mancave with a couch, the kids loved it. We definitely plan to return!

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely property. Every room was immaculate and well maintained. It was really great to hang out and visit in the beautiful yard and patio. The living room was also a comfortable place to visit and relax.Both bedrooms were very comfortable and had their own bathrooms. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would come back again the next time I am in Encinitas.

This is the second time we have stayed at this townhome and we love it. It is perfect for our family and is very comfortable with close proximity to the beach and a few restaurants. We are cyclists so we also enjoyed riding into downtown Encinitas. We hope to come back again!

This was such a wonderful way for us to visit friends and family in Encinitas. The beach house was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had all the amenities you could need for beach fun and backyard get-togethers! We really enjoyed our time in Leucadia. Fabulous home in a great neighborhood

We loved this home and how central it is to everything. We could walk to the beach or to wonderful restaurants. The back yard was very private and comfortable for hanging with the family.

Wonderful home that worked perfectly for us.

We had a lovely stay, plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the back patio in the evenings, walking to the beach and to restaurants. It was a perfect home base for our CA visit.

Fantastic stay in Encinitas

Our stay in Encinitas was wonderful due to his lovely house. Location is a few blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The home is very clean and accommodated all our needs. We will definitely stay here again when return to the area.

Wonderful!

We were in town for a family reunion. The location was great for us, very close to our reunion activities and the beach. Loved the house, backyard and the washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for a California coast experience. It’s quiet and we enjoyed the private backyard.

Ideal spot for our family of five. We especially appreciated the private backyard for covid-friendly outdoor visits with friends, and the short walk to the beach for the sunset or to walk/run along the shore.
