Cottage Surplombant le lac Dublap partie de la rivière Guadalupe

Notre mignon petit chalet est une maison de parc situé dans un endroit calme et serein le long de la rivière Guadalupe. Une chambre avec une salle de bain plus une grande mezzanine à l'étage. La mezzanine dispose de 2 lits queen, mais dû à un court «plafond de 50, il est conçu plus pour les activités de couchage et de loisirs. Le loft surplombe la fosse, l'eau et la propriété en raison de la grande fenêtres du sol au plafond dans la zone de tanière. La tanière a un canapé-lit. Le gîte dispose d'une cuisine complète avec petit lave-vaisselle aussi. Nous avons mis un 8 'x 12' le pont sur le devant avec des meubles de patio, un banc intégré dans la balustrade et un barbecue pour votre plaisir extérieur. Le pont surplombe la rivière ainsi.

Un énorme morceau de la propriété avec de grands arbres d'ombrage le long de la beauté de la rivière Guadalupe (2. 5 acres de propriété ouverte). Nous sommes au bord des rivières point le plus large de sorte qu'il bénéficie d'une belle vue. Nous avons un quai par l'eau et il peut être utilisé pour les tubes, la natation et la pêche. Endroit idéal pour les grands rassemblements familiaux - poser des questions sur d'autres chambres d'hôtes nous avons aussi disponibles.


Nous sommes les animaux de compagnie, mais la propriété est pas complètement clôturé (seulement 95%).

Si vous avez un grand groupe, nous avons un chalet correspondant près de ce qui peut abriter les membres de votre groupe supplémentaires. S'il vous plaît contacter pour plus d'informations. Ce morceau de la propriété dispose d'un total de 4 locations de vacances, joliment espacés qui est un emplacement idéal pour les réunions de famille, des retraites d'entreprise, etc .. La pleine propriété de 4 unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 38 invités.

5 minutes de Schlitterbahn, Gruene et les pourvoyeurs de la rivière.
À 15 minutes du centre commercial et de la Texas State University ou ZDT parc d'attractions à Seguin.
30 minutes de Canyon Lake.
40 minutes de Sea World, Fiesta Texas / 6 Drapeaux, le River Walk, Austin.
Flottant - Rockin R Tubes va choisir votre parti et vous ramener à la maison après une journée de flotter et de socialisation sur la rivière Comal.

New Braunfels est la porte d'entrée dans le pays de colline, il est un excellent endroit pour faire de la moto ou tour à vélo.

Très bien situé pour les réunions familiales, mariages, ou les divisions.

Great little place

Enjoyed our stay here. Place is small, but met our needs and the grounds and lakefront were stunning. The building is a little old and worn, but beds comfortable and ac worked well. Would have liked a side table and lamp or two, but would certainly stay here again. Giant trees and fireflies were enchanting.

Great stay for the price

Great little place. Much cheaper than a lot of other rentals in town. My only complaint is that things that other places provide like trash bags or a hair dryer we had to go buy. Beds were super comfy and great property.

Family Get Together

Property was beautiful. Condo was very clean and provided everything needed. We came here on July 4th and everything was setup and ready for our family by the property managers. Though this condo is closer to the road, it seems to be the less used one I felt. We rented the full property as a surprise get together for our parents as we all live in different states and rarely do they see us all at once. We had our parents stay at this private condo location.

Heaven on Earth

The property was so peaceful and quite. The access to the water was great! Only 2 things I would recommend is Putting the kayak etc. closer to the water and I stayed in cabin 1 Might be good to update the coffee pot or bring your own. I am a coffee drinker and I had a lot of messes due to the coffee pot not dripping correctly. Other than that everything was great!

House on the River

we had 7 people in our party. This will sleep 7...two beds in the loft (2/bed) a master bedroom, and a couch. It was tight, but comfortable. It is about 100 yards from the river. It feels like you are in the country, even though you are 5 mins from stores and the freeway. very neat experience

Clean, but small. A little worn down, but nice location

Maria, the housekeeper, was awesome. She answered questions and was exceptionally thoughtful. The house says it sleeps 7 or 8 and thats way inaccurate. It sleeps 6 and even tben, thats a LOT of people for such a small space. The location is great and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were some "rough spots" in tbe cabin- like a buckled flor tile, a crack in the base of the bedroom door, a few places where the drywall was messed up- but the cabin was exceptionally clean. It is tiny, but was great for a little weekend getaway.

The house was a nice little quiet place away from everything. Don’t know where you can really fit 8 people if you don’t mind a tight squeeze I suppose but it was perfect for my family of four the living room only has seating for three, 7 if you include the kitchen table chairs. Nice house and Maria was very helpful and tried to help us in anyway. Thanks

Has potential

One review below pretty much hit every point and complaint. Parked in 1 of 2 designated spots to see overflowing trash cans, odor flies and gnats everywhere. Walked into cottage to a musty smell. Old car fresheners hanging everywhere as well as glade air fresheners. Doors walls and light switches filthy, in need need of painting or at least decent wiping down and scrubbing. Carpets dingy and stained.need to be replaced. Table and counters obviously not wiped. I used roughly 6 plus Clorox wipes, all but last came out gray. Sofas and table chairs just as grimy, worn and in need of replacing. Blinds bent or broken, drawers broke or missing, doors didn't close properly. Bedding stained. Tub and restroom floors had hair. We had to walk in sandals or socks and place towels over bedding because we were so grossed out. And that was after spraying down entire house with disinfectant spray. And I cannot leave out the insects. Not just gnats, flies but those tiny little roaches in cabinets, stove and microwave.. Outside bbq pit was left with idk what that was charred and stuck to grill and holes at bottom of pit which made it impossible to cut of airflow. Then there is the issue of wasps. I saw at least two at the cottage and there is obviously one under the pier as wasps were flying all around us. One thing I can say for sure is cleaning is not done correctly or with chemicals. Prior to leaving I sprayed the cleaning solution under the sink to clean tub and counters and the entire house smelled like bleach. Which is what I should have walked into. Location is nice and cottages have potential. A little money needs to be spent to do some updating, fixing , painting and fumigation. And I hate leaving these type of reviews but being a long time VRBO guest as well and having to pay "cleaning" fees is a bit ridiculous when I have to clean myself.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home Away From Home.

My family and I loved the Willow Park Cottages. Absolutely beautiful and so nice to be right on the water. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming on the river. The firepits and string lights at night were so tranquil. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful family vacation

We enjoyed our time at Camp Willow. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Our cottage was so cozy. It rained a majority of our stay but we still got some time in the water.

We have lived in Texas for 21 years and enjoy everything about this state including the Texas Coast and wonderful rivers like the Guadalupe. My wife and I love the water and enjoy bringing our kids including our black labs to the water.

The 100'+ tall cypress trees on this property are amazing. Lots of shade and cool water breeze make this a hidden gem. My Kids love the swimming, fishing, and the huge camp fire site and me and my wife enjoy the quiet, peaceful surroundings.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Great location, close to town but just far enough to avoid all the noise. The 100' trees and cool water make it a perfect destination for a quick getaway. If you want to have fun floating the river call our friends at Rockin R tubes and they will pick you up and take you home.
