Fantastic views in this new Penthouse with pool. Min. from downtown on water

Fantastic views of sunrise and sunset. New Penthouse located on 3rd and 4th floor above a small restaurant. This is one of two Penthouses located on the third floor. Simi-private pool located on the top floor with private cabana. (Pool is shared with the other Penthouse owner and building owner and is rarely used outside of summer.) Private sitting area, BBQ pit and 1/2 bath located by the infinity pool. Unobstructed views of sunrise and sunset. Excellent food just downstairs at Sunset Grill. Walk to Soggy Peso for food and drinks. 5 min golf cart ride to downtown and ferry. Chef available for dining at home. Maximun occupany is 6. ( 4 adults and 2 children).Boutique hotel located next door for overflow guests. Fully permitted for vacation rentals. It’s 4 night minimum unless there are less days between rentals let’s us know your dates has a blow up queen mattress on request. Pool area is limited to guest staying in the penthouse . 10% discount if you pay cash at Sunset Grill located on 1st floor

Our trip was absolutely amazing. From the beautiful flower arrangement upon arrival to the cold beer waiting for us in the refrigerator this VRBO thought about everything that we would possibly need including beautiful towels, gorgeous atmosphere very comfortable beds and support Plex that helped us know what to use and how to use it. The home was immaculate and we loved staying there.

This is where you need to stay on your next trip to Isla Mujeres! This spacious unit is a quiet location with fabulous views from the rooftop.

Best place in Isla Mujeres...

Found this place in VRBO and stayed for 2 weeks. The place is super nice. Will have to come back. The pool has the best view you could ask for. Everything was super nice.

Fabulous Location!

Absolutely fabulous location! We’ve visited the island several times, and this was our first stay at this property. The place exceeded our expectations – it was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. Centrally located, it made it easy to access anywhere we wanted to go on the island. We loved everything about this place and will definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Destination

The location and property was exactly as presented. Exceptional location that allowed a nice short 20min walk to North Beach and lots of taxis for when you wanted them. The condo was beautiful and very relaxing - well appointed. Close to many restaurants and drink stops, along with grocery. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view!

There were two couples and it was perfect for that. The condo is beautiful. We enjoyed the location to be able to go to the north end and the south end of the island easily. But I would suggest having a golf cart when staying there. We had an issue with the internet when we arrived and it was taken care of quickly. We would stay there again.

Atop the Island

Our stay was amazing! The condo is better than described and Ariel is a very attentive property manager. My wife and kids greatly enjoyed the rooftop pool and incredible views. We will definitely be back.

Great central location with easy access to downtown and North Beach Phenomenal views for both sunrise and sunsetsThere was no hot water for three days but the management were very helpful to get this sorted The added bonus of housekeeping was a pleasant surprise Rooftop pool was stunning. Amazing condo

This is our 4th time staying on the island and this time we chose to stay further south of Playa Norte. Best decision ever. The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook with. Amazing views and quiet evenings. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days and used the public bus transportation. Washer and dryer a plus.

Outstanding condo. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable condo and it is just like the photos depicted. Beds and bedding were super comfortable which is a huge plus. The infinity pool up top and the awesome views were spectacular. We used the grill twice for cooking dinner and the kitchen is well equipped for just about anything you want to whip up. It’s walking distance to mid island restaurants and also Chedraui. About the same distance to Centro which we found convenient and doable. Property manager Ariel was very attentive and managed our needs as necessary.

Beautiful oasis mid island

This was my third trip to Isla Mujeres & my 5th place staying on the island. The location is PERFECT. Close to playa Norte (shopping, beaches, restaurants & ferry) as well as convenient to centro & Punta Sur (south side quieter places with amazing views). I stayed with my mother who is 67. While it should be noted that there are two flights of stairs to get to the condo & another fight to get to the pool it is still an unbeatable location & the amenities were spectacular. Clean & updated. The host is also incredibly responsive. When my mother had a fall the host was able to get us connected with local healthcare providers & she was taken care of immediately with urgency & care. Will definitely return to this VRBO & cannot wait to get back!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

Gorgeous property with everything you could ask for! The condo is bright, clean, with fantastic views. It's very spacious with plenty of room. We had four adults (two couples) and never felt cramped. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook in. There are two balconies with great views. It's quiet and we loved the secluded rooftop pool and cabana area. We especially loved the Sunset Grill restaurant (on the bottom floor of the condo). The food was absolutely amazing and the owners went out of their way to prepare us special meals. Finally, Ariel the property manager is OUTSTANDING! We had an issue with the air conditioning and she worked very hard to get it fixed for out. She communicated efficiently and very quickly!

Great Location and Great Space

We all loved this apartment, with it's open floor plan and rooftop pool! The communication and response time with the manager(s) was great. The apartment is above a wonderful restaurant and on either side are restaurants/bars. It is situated about in the middle of the isle so it's easy to get anywhere you want to - the north beaches and shopping and the south where it's quieter yet good restaurants and the grocery store. I would rent here again - it's a great value! For much of our stay, it was just me and my husband and for a few days, we had guests and they also enjoyed it and said they would rent here. Also, we never heard any noise at night from any of the restaurants; it was a quiet place with beautiful views, as stated in the ad and the owners of the downstairs restaurant are very nice and the food is great - Sunset Grille.
