This property was spectacular! A very quiet place to stay with a phenomenal pool, dock, and beach access. The house was clean, the property manager met us right when we arrived, and we had everything we could have asked for. A from the parents and the kids! We will be back!

It was wonderful place Had ocean view pool and provided beach towels and lost power 1time and he came and fixed it immediately. Had fresh water which was a plus

Great property!

The entire experience was excellent and we would highly recommend this property. The complex was well maintained, great pool, and low key. Within walking distance of restaurants. Definitely need a golf cart to get around, Garrafon not within walking distance.property manager was very responsive. We’d stay again!

Great location and amazing staff

The condo was perfect for my family. Everyone had their own space and having 2 bathrooms was perfect. It was a beautiful, quiet location but close enough to all amenities on the island. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only downsides were a dryer that was not working, so we had to air dry our beach towels (which isn't easy in the humidity), no dishwashing detergent and a broken cabinet door (which would be an easy fix). All minor things that did not affect our vacation experience. Overall, a great place for a very reasonable price. I would recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful condo/property & great location!

This condo was great for our stay over Christmas. Condo was just as listed, WiFi worked well, water was very hot and good pressure, and had all utensils needed for cooking meals. For clean water they provide a large jug hooked up to a separate faucet. We went through a lot water making bottles for our babies and all we had to do was ask the manager Cande or the staff and they brought it within a few hours for free which was great bc we thought we were going to have to buy lots of water. Cande was amazing! Super helpful for all of our requests and communicated quickly! The only issue we had was the dryer did not work. With babies we needed to do several loads. We could wash the clothes and then Cande would send someone to pick up and dry them for us and drop them back off for free. Would have been nice to have it working but thankful for the staff to help us out. The condo comes with beach towels and small beach chairs. There’s also larger chairs on the beach. The beach is small, but since it wasn’t crowded for us it wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The beach is also somewhat coarse sand so our babies didn’t love crawling through it but for adults it’s fine. There’s a lot of grass growing in the water off the beach with lots of little crabs and small fish. Kinda hard to just go out and swim bc you had to get through the vegetation but overall it wasn’t a huge issue for us. The condo owner was also very helpful and communicated well.Would stay again!

Amazing Rental

Perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Punta Sur, about 10 minute taxi ride south of the popular North Beach (Playa Norte). My husband and I, as well as ourdaughter, son, and son’s girlfriend, all in their 30s, really appreciated the quiet location of this beachfront condo. The pool and beachfront were gorgeous although the water is not the same blue color that you see on other parts of the island. The condo complex is immaculate and the staff were wonderful. Renting a golf cart is the best way to get around from this end of the island. No regrets!
