Amazing location! Comfortable beds but the main bedroom was noisy due to road noise and old windows. Great water pressure and comfortable linens/towels. Overall a nice place to stay

This condo is EXACTLY as described. We had a wonderful weekend here. The neighborhood was great for afternoon/evening strolls. The parking is off street, right next to the entrance. The host was super responsive & friendly. I highly recommend this property if you’re staying in the Green Bay Area.

Overall, this is a nice property. Great location. Easy to get to Packers games and restaurants. There is a running/biking trail just behind it that runs along the river. The entrance can be a challenge, as the stairway to main door is VERY steep. It lists as two showers, but one was inoperable. The carpet in the main bedroom is in rough shape and that room is very noisy and does not get dark at night. Also, you cannot open the windows, which was not disclosed until just before our stay.

This was a perfect location for our summer stay, it was larger than I expected and has a great view of downtown DePere and very close to the Fox River. The host communicated expectations well and it was easy to access the space.

DePere is a Great little town

Great area with plenty of space and it was a beautiful historic loft unit. Fun place with great views and close proximity to coffee places and restaurants. We will be back.

Cute place in Downtown De Pere

Super cute place with plenty of space for family of 5 and our sheepadoodle. Also parking for 5 cars without problems. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and cool, just like the pictures. Great location for De Pere, Green Bay and the surrounding area. Next to a very nice walking park on the river. The owner was very friendly and helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. A great place to stay!

A cute quirky spot

This location worked perfectly for us! The unit has a lot of character, and the coffee shop below has delicious drinks and food. There are very steep steps to enter the property, so it might not be the best place for anyone who struggles with mobility but I would recommend this location!

Convenient location/great stay

Great place, clean, plenty of room, but stairs up could be a problem for those with mobility issues. Above a business so no worries on heavy walking, but street is busy and noisy at night for light sleepers. Host was responsive and very accommodating when asking for a late check out. Place was dog friendly, which was perfect so we didn’t need to leave the whole family at home. Would def it stay again.

Very few dishes and pots, pans, etc. Light and spacious. Great parking. Beautiful place to visit. Bright in bedroom even at night--bring a sleeping mask if you need darkness to sleep. Not being able to rearrange living room furniture made the room awkward to hang out in. Great big dining area. We enjoyed a lovely week here!

Location was great. Host communicated well. Biggest issue was the access. As the listing does not mention the 45 degree stairs (25 total) that had to be conquered to access the unit. Given we were here for a SENIORS bowling tournement we had heavy luggage and that access was borderline dangerous. Put that in the listing and all would be 4-5 stars.
