Located at 1209 Atlantic Avenue, this comfortable 1200 square foot, private residence is part of a larger home that is on the property. It is just steps away from the white sandy beaches and beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Situated on North Beach's driving section, it is just a short 15-minute walk to popular Flagler Avenue, known for great boutiques and restaurants.

The home's most unique feature is the 240-foot private walkway straight to the beach with multiple decks. This is the only private walkover like it in New Smyrna Beach. The largest deck provides plenty of seating, a portable fireplace, refrigerator and outside shower- ideal for relaxing and entertaining while soaking up the ocean breeze.

This well-maintained two-story guest house is surrounded by Florida palm trees, exotic flowers and landscape lighting. The living quarters are upstairs and include an open eat-in kitchen and bar with a large picture window, perfect for enjoying the view of the ocean and Florida sunshine. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the major appliances and a wide variety of cookware making you feel right at home. In the living room, you'll find comfortable furniture and an in-wall swiveled pull-out 36" Samsung smart HD tv equipped with Direct TV and a Yamaha cinematic receiver, inclusive with a Bose sound system. A furnished balcony offers a nice retreat for reading and relaxing.

On the bottom floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms that share a nicely appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower. Dressed with soft linens, one room is furnished with a king-size bed, the other a queen. There is ample dresser space for all your personals. A washer and dryer are also located on the ground floor.

Under the stairs, there is a steel locker where the owner has stored beach chairs for guest use. On the south side of the home is a nice size-secured storage room for additional beach toys.
