Spacious and Just steps to the beach and pool

Our beautifully decorated 2BR, 2.5 BA unit is steps to the beach and pool. Stroll the private boardwalk to access the beach, or sit in the relaxing lawn chairs and watch the sunrise. Take a dip in the pool with beautiful ocean views.

Our condo is 3 stories (has STAIRS) with 1450sf. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, each on its own private level. Bedroom #1 has a private balcony, a comfortable king-sized bed, tv and attached bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 double beds, tv, and attached bathroom. Both bathrooms have a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The living room has access to the private patio and the dining room seats 6. We have a well-appointed kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer, so pack light or stay long! You can store all your beach toys in the attached garage (or borrow our beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, floats, towels, etc). We also provide plenty of extra towels, sheets, and pillows.

Across the street is a small grocery store, liquor store, several restaurants, a gym, and an ice cream parlor. You’re only 1/2 mile from a huge park and playground (27th Avenue Oceanfront Park), or drive down to famous Flagler Avenue and stroll the shops, restaurants, and bars. Free WIFI, cable and smart TVs. Keurig and regular coffee pot. We have no ocean view, but just walk through the parking lot and you are on the beach (with no busy streets to cross).

Love that things were provided to enjoy at the beach! Kitchen had plenty to make a few meals. Everything was clean and communication with the host was great before and after our stay!

We had such a great time staying here. The garage is stocked full of toys and beach items. Perfect place to stay with kids. Just a short walk to the pool & beach.

This property was perfect for our vacation. Lots of stairs, but otherwise we had zero complaints. The garage was super helpful for storing our wet stuff after the beach and for keeping us from tracking sand into the house. Jordan was more responsive and helpful than any other VRBO host we have dealt with in the past. Outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

Great Beach Vacation

We have been going to these groups of condos for over 20 years and this condo is great! Not too much traffic, we pretty much have the pool and beach practically to ourselves. Nice and cozy and makes for a great vacation!

Great Beach Vacation Townhouse

The townhouse was exactly as described. Owners were very responsive. The house is comfortable and spacious. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and dining. It's a very short quick walk to the beach but there is no ocean view from this unit. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation Property

This is our second visit to this property, and we loved it the same as the first. My wife has me already looking to plan another trip. -Great location in New Smyrna Beach -Walking distance to the beach... great for maintaining safety when walking with children -Nice pool overlooking the beach -Well stocked garage with beach essentials... sand toys, beach cart, tent, sand mats, boards, etc. -Good communication with host... friendly & helpful

Perfect spot near the beach

Absolute perfect location and home for our family trip. It’s literally 2 minutes from the beach and the host has made certain that any and all beach accessories are available for your stay. The home was well-equipped and in close proximity to a number of restaurants (SoNapa is amazing!) and markets. The host was a fantastic communicator and replied to messages promptly. We absolutely loved our stay (our first time in New Smyrna Beach) and we highly recommend staying at this location.

Excellent Beachside Townhouse

We wish we stayed longer! The townhouse was perfect for our needs: it contains everything you need to be comfortable, oceanside, safe, private access to beach, clean pool, close to everything we like to do in NSB. We had no problems and loads of fun. Thank you for renting to us!

Family vacation

The location was great! Close to C’s waffles for breakfast and on the no driving side of NSB. My son got to try out the surf board in the garage and had a blast learning something new. It was nice that the kid’s bedroom was one floor up from the master and all three kids slept in the two double beds. The property had everything we needed and the pool was quiet!

Very well equipped, parasols, beach chairs, toys for children, trolley to transport everything... Excellent communication from owners, quick responses. Far enough from the center to be quiet when necessary (at the beach and at night) and close enough to still be pleasant to go there often (dinners, grocery shopping, etc.). The beach is magnificent and the swimming pool overlooks the beach, it is very useful and pleasant.

This is a very clean, neatly designed townhouse that is literally 1 min away from the beach (walk through the parking lot/sidewalk bc this unit is by the street). The pool is located right next to the private beach entrance which means you can enjoy the ocean views while swimming. We found the multi levels to be be unique and well planned out (laundry on the entry level is a huge plus after being at the pool or beach). There are many new updates and amenities throughout the townhouse. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was nice for our large family. The master bedroom (with one large bed) had very comfortable bedding and was spacious enough to place 2 inflatable twin mattresses for my littles with room to spare! The bedroom with 2 beds also had comfortable bedding and plenty of room for my older teens. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks. The townhouse was a short drive away from many shopping areas and places to eat (5 min to Flagler Ave, where you need to try the Zeno's Boardwalk Sweet Shop). We especially enjoyed going to Izzy's for dinner and ice cream. While we couldn't get the lower floor patio door pin unstuck to sit on the patio, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the rockets fly overhead (which were launched from Cape Canaveral) and listening to the ocean waves. This townhouse was perfect for our family on our summer trip to New Smyrna and I would definitely recommend it!

Charming beach condo, just steps from the beach.

This charming and homey beach condo is just steps from the beach and a sea side pool! Great NSB location, we absolutely fell in love with the town. Great restaurants, we loved The Garlic and Third Wave. The downtown area is a close drive. Lots of restaurants and quaint shops. The beach was wonderful, it had a life guard on weekends, right by this small community of condos private beach entrance. Super soft sand and great surf/ boogie board waves. We enjoyed stunning sunrises and colorful sunsets. We also spent a lot of time at the pool, that overlooks the ocean! It was dreamy And so relaxing. The few neighbors we met were super friendly and the community is quite and safe. I loved that we were so close to the beach, no major street to cross or finding parking. Easy short walk. They even had beach toys my son played with. The condo is cozy and feels like a second home. Plenty of storage, it would be easy to stay for weeks. The king size bed was new and more comfortable then our expensive bed at home! A Convenient little market across the street and Publix was a short drive. Checking in and out was super easy. This was so much better then staying at a hotel. No complaints, we will definitely be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this charming condo right on the beach. The place was spacious, decorated in a beach theme, well stocked and clean. The location was ideal. We really enjoyed the sunset walks and the relaxing atmosphere we experienced for a beautiful sunrise. We will be back again.

The perfect beach house!

We are lifetime visitors to NSB. This rental has EVERYTHING you need for your stay at the beach. You name it they have it! Soo amazimg!!!! Love the 3 levels. The noise level from neighbors is zero.... so nice.. Small private community is so enjoyable and easy access to all amenities. Much better than staying in the large highrise complex's. Don't hesitate to book you will not be disappointed..Can't wait to return!

Our home is super convenient. It is large, and our favorite aspect is the storage garage. We are surfers, and who wants to lug their boards and umbrellas up and down a crowded elevator? Not us! Our home is chill and relaxed, and we love the feeling of being here.
