The location was not a single residence and there was someone else sharing the property. That made my grandkids frightened and did not want to stay there alone. I would have liked to known that the property was going to be shared.

The property overall was clean and easy to access. The neighborhood was sketchy. The owner was very responsive and respectful, the property description was not accurate. No washer and dryer but owner did offer comp for cleaning clothes. The home had several random doors with locks the front door wasn’t used as a main entrance, made us to feel a little unsafe. There was also No information disclosed about another back house on property with people occupying. Did not feel private. It did the job for the one night of stay.

Ericson was very accommodating especially since it was a last minute reservation as Hurricane Milton made its way towards us in West Fl ! We had a good stay totally recommend ! Thank you so much Ericson!

quick one night stay

over all was a good stay. air was set at 73, and we are from nebraska. we keep our air at 68! so we were all hot as hell sleeping. had to open the windows, bc it was colder outside at night, than in the house! we were not able to change the temp! we had 8 adults and 2 kids, and 3 babies. listing says it sleeps, 16 people! that was a lie! it sleeps 8. there are only 4 beds in the house! so kids had to sleep on the couch, recliners and floor. we made it work, for 1 night, but take note, that there are only 4 beds!! does not sleep 16! overall it was an ok night. host communicated well, and the place was clean! they let us check out a little later, bc half of our group didn't arrive until 2am, bc of delayed flights. so that was also nice! we would stay again, if it was a small group with us!

Home is beautiful

Home inside is excellent, we stayed at night and had a great time with family and friends. Surrounding area is little dark but we had no issues with anyone. Host was excellent in responding and helping as needed. Definitely recommend for a quick stay. Thanks

Horrendous stay

I need to talk about the VRBO that I booked for March 11-15. The listing is INCREDIBLY wrong with over 10 amenities that are completely missing along with over 5 amenities that were broken or had issues with them. I do not think that our price was fair even a little bit. After we got there and in the week we were there, we realized how badly we got ripped off and cheated out from the owner. This is an unacceptable listing and horrible VRBO. Amenities that were stated in the listing that weren’t there AT ALL: - Clothes washer - Clothes dryer - Hot tub - Fireplace - Spa whirlpool - Hair dryer - Desk (there was a large coffee table but no desk) - Blender - Garage - Kids toys - “Safe” Problems with the “amenities” that were there: - Sleeps 16?????? There are 4 beds which each hold 2 people. There is one singular couch that is possible to sleep on. A recliner chair and outdoor mini couches DO NOT count as beds. This home sleeps 8 in beds. It sleeps 9 if you count one couch. Saying it sleeps 16 is a gross exaggeration that is absolutely unacceptable. You CANNOT put sleeps 16 when there is only 4 beds. - There are two bathrooms: the first bathroom is just a shower (no tub as was stated in the amenities), no jetted bathtub in either bathroom, no bidet in either bathroom. The listing saying both bathrooms are “bathtub” and “shower only” so which one is it? Because it can’t be both. - Barbecue grill was there, however, the propane tank was completely open (and it was completely emp

Modernized family space for Graduation Celebration

We stayed here to celebrate our newest graduate. The modernized decor and new renovations made the home feel like a high rise condo. It's in a safe and clean neighborhood and is in close proximity to the beaches. I'll absolutely be booking this space again next time we want to entertain traveling family or get away for a staycation.
