This modern 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is newly updated and located in the beautiful Lighthouse Point neighborhood, just 2 miles from the beach. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, exploring local beaches, or enjoying the game room, this home offers an ideal retreat for families and groups up to 10-12 guests.

Step outside to a spacious patio with everything you need for memorable days and nights outdoors. The large 30x15-foot pool is perfect for swimming or lounging under the Florida sun. Fire up the stainless steel grill and enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, which seats 6. With two cozy patio couches, a firepit, and two loungers for sunbathing, it’s an inviting spot to unwind with a cocktail, enjoy the evening breeze, or just relax by the pool.

Fabulous family get away

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family of 5. Super clean, had everything we needed, and in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and a quick drive to the beach. The pool was amazing and the hosts even had squirt guns, a volleyball, and a tube for the kids. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We went to Florida for spring break and had a wonderful time in Deerfield Beach! The pool was fantastic and the house is only a few miles from the ocean. Mark and Lyndee were very responsive to questions before and during our visit. We had everything we needed including a cooler to take water to the beach! We absolutely would return to this rental!

What a wonderful time. Spent 6 weeks. Here. Spotless. Nice and safe and quiet neighborhood. Hosts were really wonderful people. Always available but respected my privacy. Less than 2 miles from Beach.

Comfortable, clean property

My family of five enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything went smoothly. I appreciated the easy check in process. The home is comfortable and homey. It is well stocked with kitchen items and bath towels, even laundry detergent. Clean and in a nice neighborhood. No issues. Thank you for the great vacation home.

Perfect long weekend getaway with family

Found this property when I was booking a long weekend in sunny South Florida to visit with some family and catch a Miami Dolphins home football game. This home did not disappoint. Everything was perfect and as advertised. We had a great Saturday afternoon BBQ out on the pool deck with the family. There was plenty of room to hang out and this house had everything we needed to get together with our Florida family. The kids loved the shuffleboard and foosball tables. Mark and Lyndee were great hosts and made sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quality place to stay while visiting South Florida.

Great stay!

We had an excellent time at this property. The home was exactly as pictured and described. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked properly. The house was clean and provided all the essentials, plus some nice extras. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The only thing I would change would be to add a heater to the pool. The kids enjoyed it, but too chilly for me! Close to beach, grocery, restaurants, etc. Maybe the best vacation rental experience we’ve had yet.

Just what we needed!

As the pictures and descriptions show, this house was perfect for getting away from it all! Plenty of space for sleeping as well as gathering! The pool and outside area was just what we were looking for, and the addition of a game room inside gave more great options to avoid any boredom. Close enough to all the “things” to get out and enjoy, but tucked away in the quiet of a community. Hosts were amazing and so kind! Would definitely return if the opportunity arises!

Great house - met everyone’s needs!

We were here for my sons graduation from FAU. We had enough space for everyone to have privacy and the kitchen was well appointed so we could enjoy several family meals and avoid going out in a large group. Most of us walked or ran every morning - Deerfield Beach was just over 2 miles on foot. The property owners were very helpful although once we got there we really didn’t need to bother them - everything was pretty easy! I would recommend this property!

Very nice, clean property, friendly hosts

We had a large group stay at Mark and Lyndee’s property. The place was clean when we arrived. Hosts were constantly in contact and very responsive to questions. Stay was lovely, definitely recommend this property. And 2mins from target for those Canadians that love and miss target!! :) thanks mark and Lyndee for a lovely stay.

Great home, location, stay

Our family was in town for a family reunion and we were conveniently close to all events, a CVS, fast food and anything else we needed. The home was on a quiet street, with plenty of common space, and tv’s in every bedroom! Would stay again. The hosts were incredibly responsive as well. Great home to rent.
