Guest have access to the entire home including all amenities within the home. Before being able to access the property: reservation holder must provide host with a full guest- list. All names need to be cleared at the guarded gate, this also helps to confirm guest count does not exceed the sleep count. Any person not on the guest list will not have access to the property.

The private backyard features a refreshing pool and spa with pond view, patio dinning table with seating for six and a barbecue great for grilling your favorite meals. You'll find a comfortable bistro style table where you can sip on a cocktail as you watch the kids splash the day away.

Bedroom Descriptions:
The Primary Suite features a King-size bed, a Twin-size daybed with Twin size trundle, 42-Inch Smart Television and access to the backyard. The Primary Suite also features a private bathroom with bathtub, shower and his and her sinks.

Bedroom 2 has Queen-size bed , 42-Inch Smart Television and is located next to the main entrance.

Suite 3 features a Full over Full Bunk Bed with twin Trundle and 42-Inch Smart Television with XBOX gaming console. Suite 3 features an attached private bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo.

A hallway bathroom is located near Bedroom 2 with a bathtub and shower combo.

Extra amenities: Ven Casa provides a bathroom starter pack which includes shampoo, conditioner and body/hand soaps. Toilet paper in each bathroom and the kitchen includes a kit with paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponge and a few dishwasher pods. In addition, we also provide a starter pack of laundry pods so you are able to do laundry during your trip. We do not provide any cleaning products.

NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, so we ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept to an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Viva Coachella is located inside an HOA community with very strict noise rules. No yelling, screaming or loud noises are permitted outdoors while utilizing the backyard. In addition to maintaining an acceptable and respectful volume while outdoors, guest are to follow the HOA quiet hours which are 9:00 PM-8:00 AM.

PARKING: Space is available for up to 5 cars, including 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. No street parking available.

Age Requirements: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance is actively recording on the property, cameras are located over the driveway. All cameras are on exterior of home.

NOISE MONITORING: This Property has a smart home device that measures noise volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. This device in no way records conversations.

PETS: Small pets (dogs only) are welcome with prior host approval. A maximum of 2 pets only with a $150 pet fee per dog.

POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. Please reach out to host for details.

AC Usage: In order to ensure no damage is caused to the AC unit, we ask that the AC temperature is not lowered any less than 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we suggest closing any blinds or shutters and ensuring the doors remain closed to avoid heat entering the house during the hot days. House thermostat is monitored remotely.

At the time of booking, the reservation holder agrees to the terms above.
