Escape to our lively 5-bedroom, 3-bath California Desert Retreat, just a stone's throw from Coachella. Here, you can bask in the sun by our private pool, savor meals in the outdoor BBQ and dining area, and unwind in the jacuzzi. Enjoy mini-golf under the stars and gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings. Or step inside, where a game room and a modern kitchen await you. Choose our pool heating service for year-round comfort in this perfect oasis of relaxation and entertainment

Other Things to Note:
** Pool Heating
Pool heating is available for you to enjoy during cooler weather! The price is $80/night. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.

We provide propane tanks for guests to refill at any nearby gas station.

**No Pool Cooling

**Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. Thus, if you would like the spa heated, please note that the pool may cool down quickly.

Unfortunate experience

Overall, I think the property was presented better in photos and description than our actual experience. One bed was broken, the owner expects you to fill your own propane for the outdoor fireplace and none is provided which is very inconvenient. The outdoor cushions weren’t setup for our arrival and unfortunately, outside the owners control, but the neighbor kids were relatively persistent in making obscene comments over the wall. Our car was also egged while there. The house itself had good appliances and bedroom sizes. Not the best experience, in a pinch I think it would work fine but not a place we would expect to go back to.

OK stay

There were 7 of us vacationing, lots of room for all of us. Beds were awful to sleep in but nice to have 3 bathrooms! We went to start the fire pit and had 3 empty propane tanks which we were responsible to fill if wanted a fire (should be included). One of our guys had to fix patio lights cuz they didn’t work. Was ok for a short stay.

Great place near the polo fields

This was our 2nd stay in this house. Really like the proximity to the polo fields (we were there for a big lacrosse tournament). The converted garage with the TV and ping pong, then the outside features (pool, putt putt, TV, dining, seating area with the gas fire table) really gives us a lot of options to hang out. We hope to stay here again next year. The perfect for our 2 families.

Great for 10 people!

The location of this house is great! The layout of the bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and backyard is awesome! Carmen was fantastic
 responding immediately to my questions. The only concern was the neighborhood the home is in. We always felt safe but wouldn’t go walking around outside at night. Great home for the price!!

Had a great time!!

The Host Carmen was great. Promptly text or answered calls. When we got there we saw that the outdoor grill was broken by the previous renters. Called Carmen and she sent her maintenance guy out with a brand new grill within an hoir of me calling. He also fixed a bathroom drawer that the previous renters had broke. The house it's self is nice and modern. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom as well even though the description says queen. We had 12 people staying there and there was plenty of room. The kids had a blast in the pool and jacuzzi. Thank you 😊

Overall good experience

We stayed at Carmen's place for a girls trip in April. Overall, this place fit our needs for our group of 7. It was great that everyone had their own bed! Three bathrooms was a great help for 7 ladies getting ready everyday, although one of the bathrooms is small. There was a large mirror right next to the small bathroom which made the difference! We had the pool heated and it was great. The system was easy to use to switch the pool/spa heating back and forth. The large covered table outside was great for keeping snacks close by the pool and eating outside. Carmen was a GREAT communicator. She was available whenever I had a question and was incredibly helpful. Her check-in instructions were clear and easy as well. We did have one issue while at the property but Carmen was very helpful and fixed the problem as quickly as possible. Overall, this place was great. We had such a fun time in Palm Springs! My only complaint was we needed more cutlery for the amount of people we had at the rental, but were still able to get by.

It was ok

The house would've been perfect for not a couple of things. First of all there were no instructions on operating the hot tub, we had to get instructions from the owner through an app. As a perfect house for a golf foursome, there should have been one more queen bed. Finally the house was inundated with ants in the kitchen on our last day, kind of gross. We'll be looking for a newer place next year.

Great house near the polo fields

We rented this place for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) and it was the perfect setup and location - close to the polo fields where we were playing a lacrosse tournament and near lots of stores and restaurants. The game room, pool, and outdoor area were great spaces and the host was very responsive to our questions. Also liked that there weren’t strict rules so we could have guests stop by. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay!

Overall amazing stay, house was very clean and modern. Easy check in process. Well equipped with necessities. Bbq might need an update soon. But overall everything was great! Will definitely be back!!
