Experience all that NoDa has to offer without ever having to get in a car! This centrally located bungalow allows guests to walk to all of the shopping and dining destinations in the NoDa neighborhood. Well appointed living room, kitchen, and bedroom offer guest a great experience along with spacious front porch and fully fenced in back yard! On-site parking is available and free of charge!
Other things to note
Our property offers easy off-street parking with a private driveway and gate for added security. A gate opener will be provided in the mailbox for use during your stay. Please note that guests are responsible for returning the opener at the end of their stay. A $50 replacement fee will be applied if the opener is not returned.

Location and Comfort

Pleasantly surprised by the trendy up and coming location. Stocked with what you need; coffee, snacks, couple of modelos. Yard for pup, firepit, secure parking, great little house and stay!

Perfect stay in NoDa

Great location, very clean, and super cozy. Had everything we needed. We especially liked the fenced in backyard for our pups, comfortable bed, and beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. We walked to Sunflour for breakfast and coffee, which was great and delicious! We also really enjoyed NoDa Brewing Company. We loved our stay and would book again!

Highly recommend

This house was perfect for us. Probably one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The fenced in backyard was awesome for our dogs. The house was very neat and clean with everything we needed. Close to downtown, walkable to restaurants and bars. Thanks so much, if we visit Charlotte again, we will be back!

Perfect Location Corner Home w/Private parking

Place was clean and checkin was very easy. The place has a private gated driveway which makes unloading/loading the car a breeze. Nice backyard and front patio — us and our dog enjoyed relaxing in the sun. Furniture and bedding meet our needs. Plenty of kitchen appliances. Great location too, can easily walk to shops/food/drinks or quickly drive to uptown

Perfect Bungalow!

Everything about this property was perfect! It felt like home away from home! It was walking distance to all of the great eats in NoDa.... and so close to my daughter! The decor was so lovely! Communication (if necessary) with the host was immediate! Although i did not bring my pet, i must say for this being a pet-friendly place, it didn't smell like pets! I hope to be able to stay here again! Thank you for being such a great host!
