Welcome to the Fabulous Fourth Ward Flat located in one of Fourth Ward's most unique homes in the center of everything Uptown Charlotte has to offer. Home to stunning views of the Charlotte skyline, Fourth Ward Park, and some of Uptown's most historic architecture, this well-appointed apartment offers everything you'll need for a fabulous stay in the Queen City. 



As you enter the Flat you will be greeted by a charming living room with a large futon, sitting chairs, a 40" TV offering satellite & streaming, and happy colorful decor. In the kitchen, you will find appliances, spacious counter-tops, dining-ware, and all the cooking essentials you could possibly need to make a perfect meal! A washer and dryer are located inside the Flat, so there is no need to go home with dirty laundry! The spacious bedroom features a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, a lap-top friendly work space, plush bathrobes, and exquisite bed linens.



The Flat offers your own private porch with a view that makes you forget you are in the middle of the city! Although the Flat does not have a fenced yard, there's a large park just across the street and a dog park less than 1 mile away.



Although a quaint and quiet historic neighborhood, Fourth Ward is in the center of the city and - like many cities - there is no free parking. All neighborhood lots and driveways are private. If you're traveling with a vehicle, I can purchase on-street parking permits on your behalf at a rate of $18 per day (24 hours).
