The Perfect Lakefront Home Vacation for Family and Friends!

Enjoy this spacious, lakefront retreat in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. This is a 4,000 sq foot, 5-bedroom home for fun with your friends and family. Has a full upstairs kitchen as well as a downstairs kitchen (fully stocked).

Enjoy sitting on the dock, relaxing in the new hot tub, kayaking, and paddle boarding (included) w/family and friends.

The newly renovated downstairs comes with a full kitchen, and game room, including air hockey, pool table, and basketball game.

You can enjoy nights by the fire pit directly next to the edge of the lake. The home is updated on landscaping and ready for retreat.

The home is located 3 minutes from Lake Norman State Park, and 7 minutes from local grocery stores and restaurants.

We didn't stay for a vacation. We needed a laat minute stay for a funeral and it was everything we needed. Great host. Great house. Great location.

Beautiful interior of the property with plenty of space. Perfect for hanging out and for isolation during down time. In a quiet cove with no wake for boat/ski owners or renters. Hope to come back some day!

A fantastic stay on lake Norman

this was the perfect place for our family of six to celebrate an early Thanksgiving on the lake. quiet, peaceful, excellent host with a very well equipped house with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen times two, and beautiful lake views. we look forward to staying here again!

Weekend Getaway

Jeremy hospitality was awesome! The house was amazing will book with him again for future stays. Too all who are reading this review this is the go to lake house for a relaxing weekend. I rated it two thumbs up because I only have two hands if I had any more I will give it an extra five thumbs!!!

Perfect lake house, wish we could have enjoyed the lake more but since only in town for a wedding our time was preoccupied otherwise! House was exactly what we needed for our group of friends for the weekend. Host was very responsive and very accommodating! Excellent choice

Nice house big rooms and the lower area was good for relaxing big sitting area, also a nice kitchen and pool table and hot tub all made it enjoyable for that area down stairs .

Excellent lake house for groups

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The downstairs was especially great for our babies as it was easy to baby proof and had great space for all the adults and kiddos as well. The upstairs sun room was lovely for checking out the view and having a morning coffee. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this home for your next lake vacation.

Girls Trip

The property had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was nice to be together with daughters/granddaughters and have enough room. The kitchen had the essentials we needed to cook and a grill outside. Everyone loved the house and relaxed.

Great house on the lake!

This was a perfect house for a family weekend. My parents, brother, sister-in-law, nephew, my husband, myself, and our 2 boys had a great time. The boys (16,16, and 13) enjoyed lots of games of pool, hot tub nights, kayaking in the lake, and fishing from the dock. They were able to take over the basement. Having two full kitchens was also very convenient. Jeremy was very helpful and accommodating. Very nice place right on Lake Norman!

Lovely home, fully equipped with all of our household and lakeside needs. Great view, plenty of activities near by and just minutes from the market, convenience store and local shops. Definitely a repeat reservation. Thx, Jeremy, for having us :)

Nice lake font property

My family and I had a great time at this nice lake front property celebrating my father in-law's 70th birthday! The house was clean and well equipment. We really like having the 2 full kitchens. The easy and private access to the lake really made it special. Jeremy the owner/property manager was very responsive and good to work with. I highly recommend!

Amazing!

This place was amazing, it is way better than the online pictures. Also Jeremy was a great host and easily accessible. This will be our go to place when we visit this area which is usually several times per year. It is like two houses in one. The bottom floor also has a full kitchen. The hot tub was a nice size and had more than enough room. I can go on and on about this Lakehouse.

Great house!

Wonderful house and location for us. We were here for our son’s wedding. Plenty of room to spread out and right on lake so we rented a boat to enjoy the late. Only downside we had was the stock of essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent etc —had to buy some for a 3 day stay but overall loved the house and had a wonderful stay. Kitchen downstairs was great for a large family. Communication was good and check in super easy. Even allowed us early access since we were traveling with lots of wedding things. Thanks so much!!

Life is Better on the Lake

First things first, this home was everything! The attention to detail was impeccable! The house was spotless, provided all necessities - seasonings, fully stocked coffee bar, good cook and tableware, in both kitchens. Jeremy was readily available for any questions or concerns prior to and after booking. This was a week of total fun and the fire pit area was an added touch of wow. The bedding was hotel luxury quality as well as the linens and towels. This home didn't disappoint and we're still talking about our trip!

Great Location, Homey Feel!

This house is in such a beautiful part of Troutman! All the rooms are super spacious, the downstairs living area/kitchen were amazing and where we all spent most of our time! The only downsides were 90% of the dishes we used were dirty and we had to wash them before any cooking was done, including the coffee pot. There also wasn't enough full sized plates for all of us, a tony inconvenience. There were quite a few cobwebs inside, downstairs in particular and it wasn't as clean as expected- sticky downstair floors, no hand soap in most bathrooms, broken tv remote, very worn cookware coating. But the beds and sheets were nice and clean, as were the bathrooms. The view was amazing, the hottub was a nice extra and all the rooms were huge! Jeremy was very clear about check in instructions! Overall we had a great stay.

Thank you for the review. We always strive for a 5 star experience. I have spoken with my cleaning staff. To be more detailed on cleaning and the remote was replaced. With the home having 2 kitchens often cook ware goes between the upstairs and downstairs kitchens leaving a shortage or overage of supplies in one. We have addresses the concerns and want to be sure we have 5 star stays in the future
