3 Bedroom, 3 Bath house with plenty of room inside and out! Sleeping space for 10 comfortably! All bedrooms have lake views! Kids will love the bunk room with their own TV and bathroom. Enjoy the large deck with beautiful views of the quiet cove. Newly built firepit with 3 swings, lights and power outlets will be your favorite spot! Go jump in the lake from the swim platform or walk in from the shore. Tie up your boat or jet ski on the outside of the boat slip. Adult and child Kayaks provided! Away from it all, but only minutes to Publix shopping area and restaurants. **PLEASE NOTE**WIFI SERVICE IS STARLINK, CAN BE SPOTTY AND IS NOT GUARANTEED! IF YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO HAVE WIFI, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! THANK YOU!

The house is fantastic. The bunk room is great for kids. The view and access of the lake is amazing. Bring bug spray! I loved that the house was on an inlet and the kids were able to float or kayak out without having to worry about boats.

Great location and awesome backyard to hang out at the lake

Easy rental process. Owner was easy to work with. Really enjoyed the backyard and kids loved the kayaks. Great family time with the kids!!!!!

Great Lake Norman Location

Long Friends weekend

3 couples enjoyed a long weekend at the property. Alana was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The 3 bedroom, 3 Bath works great for 3 couples. Excellent location on the lake.

Perfect Spot on the Lake!

This was a great spot on the lake! Close to the boat rentals and lakeside restaurants! The kitchen was newly renovated and had great outdoor area for multiple activities! Alana was very quick to respond and was a very accommodating host! We will definitely be back!

We loved the open floor plan in the main living area; perfect for hanging out with the kids. They all loved the bunk room. We couldn’t have asked for a better outdoor space! Between the dock, the fire pit, the geese and the leaves to hide in - we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Girls weekend!

College friends for 15 years and all got away for a girls weekend! We loved the house and utilized the lake to its fullest. The host was very responsive, and allowed us to check in early due to early flights. We loved it!!!

Fun on the Lake.

We enjoyed our family vacation at Lake Norman. The house is located in a great area and we loved being right in the lake. Service on phone was not great but wasn’t a big deal for our family because we spent time on the water and enjoying family time. House was clean and nicely stocked with everything you could need. Lot of great memories! Would definitely stay again!

Homy feel on the water

This was our 5th year at Lake Norman and this house has absolutely the best location. Great outside recreation with different sitting areas. Super fast response of the owners. We would be honored to come back next year.

Relaxing lake life

My family of five stayed for a four days and I wish we had stayed longer! We enjoyed the beautiful yard and the kids enjoyed swimming at the dock/shore and the kid sized kayaks. We caught lots of fish and used the large floats provided. The kitchen is well stocked and the laundry was nice to have as well. We will be back.

Great communication with Host!

Overall a great stay despite the crazy winter weather of Christmas 2022. My only feedback is that some of the bedroom furniture could use an upgrade for future guests comfort. Alana was a great host and did everything she could to ensure we were able to have a safe family Christmas.
