The Space:
Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Quinpool district, this studio apartment is an urban retreat perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking to immerse themselves in the city's lively ambiance. The space boasts tall ceilings and a unique layout that feels exceptionally spacious, making it a cozy yet open environment for two. The large windows flood the interior with natural light, highlighting the smart, functional design that maximizes every inch of the space.
Upon entering the building, guests are greeted by large stairs that lead inside. Positioned above a beloved local pizza shop, the unit offers a unique perk â the enticing aroma of pizza that lightly perfumes the air, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere without the intrusion of noise. This studio apartment combines comfort, convenience, and the distinct character of Halifax for a memorable stay.

â We cleaned, mopped and/or dusted before sanitizing
â We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
â All high-touch surfaces have been sanitized, down to the doorknob

Guests are free to use everything in the home.
The Neighborhood:
Quinpool district has everything at your fingertips, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, bank, pharmacy, shops, etc. The commons are a stone throw away - a great place to take a walk, play some baseball or throw a frisbee. Downtown core is only a 10 minute walk, and houses some of the best restaurants and shops that Nova Scotia has to offer!
Getting Around:
This is an excellent location for those who enjoy walking to their destinations. If you have a car, there is on street parking nearby. If you are a bus go-er your steps away from the nearest bus stop!
Other Things to Note:
PARKING (CONTINUOUS):
In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.
As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.
We're happy to provide you with the following supplies for your convenience for FREE:
â Salt and pepper
â 2x toilet paper
â 1 paper towel
â 2 bath towels
â 2 washer pods, 2 dryer sheets (if unit has washer/dryer)
â 2 tide pods (if unit has dishwasher)
If you require more than we have provided you are required to purchase extras yourself
