The unit has a huge private patio that overlooks the water. Indoor parking @ $25 / day

We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 7-10 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.

Had a very pleasant stay. The check-in process was super smooth and the host Donnie was very responsive. All information needed was provided ahead of time.
The unit was super clean and comfortable. I only used the fridge, which comes with a drinking water dispenser. Did not use the other appliances, but I'd imagine it would be sufficient for a family stay.
Nice view on a sunny day and just a short walk downhill to the waterfront.
I was attending a conference at the convention center but decided to book here instead of a hotel room. It was about 15 min walk so nice to get the steps in.
The check-out was also easy. Need to take the garbage to the building basement but it's no hassle. Would be good to have a blue bin for the recycled paper etc.
Overall I'm very happy with the stay and would book again if in the area.
