Welcome to Cincinnati! This unique home with city views is the ideal stay for travelers to experience all Cincinnati has to offer. This house is about 5 minutes from downtown and located in a quiet up-and-coming walkable area called the Incline :) The home is within walking distance to an amazing local coffee shop, a few yummy restaurants with city views, and a small park with views also! This location is easy access to all things in the Greater Cincinnati area. The house is in an excellent location!

~5 Minutes Walking: The walkable and quiet Incline neighborhood with restaurants like the notable Primavista, Incline Public House, and BLOC Coffee!

~5 Minutes Driving: Downtown Cincinnati (ICON music stadium, the Reds Ballpark + Bengals Stadium + FC Cincinnati Stadium, the restaurants and nightlife at The Banks, OTR).

~10 Minutes Driving: Newport KY, Covington KY, University of Cincinnati, Xavier University, Northern Kentucky University

~15 Minutes Driving: the CVG airport!

This unique house has two skylights, two balconies facing the city, a fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, a book nook, four smart TVs & so much more!

Living room--Large sectional and smart TV!
Kitchen--Fully stocked and includes a Keurig with complementary K-cups, tea bags, sweetener, and a few water bottles.

Great location

This was a great location for all of our planned activities, we walked to a couple locations, and the places downtown were less than 20 minutes away. It worked out perfect for our group of 4 adult couples. View was amazing.

Cleanliness Not So Great

The property was the perfect size and a great location to everything we wanted to do in Cincinnati. Very disappointed with the filthy floors in the main level and mold in the master shower. Also, told us there would be extra toilet paper in each bathroom but there was not. Also told us to enjoy the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate and that was non-existent as well. Those are easy fixes for a great location and property.

Best Choice Ever

Our family came in from several states to attend a graduation and I was in charge of our VRBO! I am so over the moon happy I chose this lication. Everything about it was perfect. Everything was as promised and more. The house was clean. Decorated so nicely and all the amenities we needed. Great location. Gorgeous house. Amazing host!

We had an absolutely wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better house, location, or host. Everything was as described and more. Clean, beautifully decorated, and quick to everywhere we wanted to go. Our host was so accommodating, super helpful and friendly and quick to respond to my questions. We’ve rented a lot of b and b’s but this one is definitely at the top of my list for best overall experiences.

Great Spot! Great Trip!

What a great house! We all had space to do our own thing but it was also set up perfect for us to hang out together. The balcony view is amazing! The location was close to ALL of the things we wanted to do. The property manager could not have been better- even passed along tips and ideas for things to add to our to do list and we did! We would love stay here again no doubt about it :)

Trip to explore Cincinnati and see the Ark.

House was adorable, clean and had plenty of room for all of our family. Great location with a fabulous restaurant very close that had amazing views of the city. Neat little coffee shop also within walking distance. Overall was a great trip and the house was everything we needed/expected. Owner was very easy to communicate with and had lots of helpful recommendations for our stay!
