Cette nouvelle maison sur mesure dispose de 3 grandes chambres et de 2, 5 salles de bains, parfaites pour les grandes fêtes pour rester ensemble pendant leurs vacances. La maison dispose d'une climatisation centrale, d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit, de lits en mousse à mémoire et de tous les jouets de plage dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter des plages de Kauai. La maison est à 5 min. à pied des plages de Poipu remplies de super surf, plongée en apnée, plongée et pêche. Le centre commercial Kukui'ula est à une courte distance de marche avec d'excellents restaurants et magasins locaux. Lorsque vous restez ici, vous trouverez une vraie détente avec nous.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the location can’t be beat only being minutes from shopping, restaurants and great beaches. The layout of the house itself was perfect for our multigenerational family traveling together and we loved being able to cook and grill for family dinners. The convenience of having all the beach gear we needed was an extra plus and made our beach days super easy. There was a small mix up with the cleaning crew upon our arrival but Jake was very communicative and helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Overall I would definitely visit again and recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on Kauai!

Jake was easy to work with. We flew in that morning. Even though the cleaning lady was there we were able to drop our stuff off. It was very helpful as our car was packed and we needed to go grocery shopping. The AC worked great! :) BBQ gas tanks were empty, but Jake called us and helped us get a full tank.

Fantastic Stay

Our stay at the Poipu Beachouse was fantastic!! The house was very comfortable, spotless and accommodated our family of six adults perfectly. The location is also a plus. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location, spacious, clean, close to beach, ideal place for family vacation. Open space kitchen and large island, great for casual dining and drinks. The host is very thoughtful, you almost have everything you need.

Everything was amazing! The house was beautiful. Poipu was super close. All the appliances were new and cool. The house was clean and really fit the vibes of the area. The neighborhood was safe and comfortable.

This lovely accommodation perfectly suited our family trip, comprising six people of three generations, with its spaciousness, location, and extra amenities like the bikes, pickleball paddles, and foosball. Jake was very helpful with checking in, and we appreciated his responsiveness to texts.

We had an amazing time and this house was perfect for me and my family. The open living room/kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out. The beds were super comfy and the pillows - I passed out everytime I laid down. The house has central AC plus fans in all the rooms so you stayed cool throughout the day. Also, Jake has everything you need for the beach - beach chairs, umbrellas, a rolling cooler, goggles and fins, boogie boards, and a wagon! 10/10 recommend booking this house and I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in Poipu! The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. It is in a beautiful neighborhood close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Jake is a very kind and responsive property manager. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to travel to beautiful Kauai!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Poipu Beach Estates. The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable for our group of 6. The central air conditioning was a huge plus and kept the home cool and relaxing after our island adventures. Everything felt clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully set up for guests.The location was perfect — walking distance to The Shops at Kukuiʻula for dining, shopping, coffee, and local boutiques, and only a quick 5-minute drive to Poipu Beach Park where we enjoyed watching the sea turtles come ashore at sunset. It was also very convenient for our Nā Pali Coast tour departure from Port Allen and to the airport. Honestly, there was very little we would change. The only small suggestion would be adding a privacy curtain in one of the bathrooms facing the street. Other than that, everything was exceptional.Mahalo for such a beautiful and memorable stay — we would absolutely return again!

Awesome place to check out the island

The house is beautiful, and well stocked for entertaining the family. Had every appliance in the kitchen you could ask for. The kids really enjoyed the beach toys and games that were supplied. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to let the kids run around the big backyard. Plenty of shopping and restaurants minutes away. Due to user error ran into a problem with the shower, but jacob was quick to call and able to get it squared away. Would definitely stay here again.

Good property for a family

The house had a great layout and was in a great location. There was nice outside space and great beach chairs, towels, cooler and games. The shower in the primary bathroom was finicky and was hard to figure out at times. It was warm during our visit and the air conditioning never cooled the house. I would not recommend this house during warmer months or for a family that needs ac—it was very warm and stuffy inside.
