Cute house with comfy beds and lots of room. The kitchen was large and very nice. The living room was comfortable and was perfect for us to sit around and chat in the evenings. Mostly clean, although one of us was looking for an earring and discovered socks and kleenex under the bed. WiFi didn't work with the code we were given and when I contacted the host by email from my phone (which wasn't able to make calls at that time), they responded with the same code that I had told them didn't work. The river was way down and did not look like the pictures although it was a pretty view. We never turned on the tv. We enjoyed our stay.

This home was a perfect place for small to fairly large groups. Well appointed and very comfortable. It’s on a beautiful part of the Blanco River in a scenic area that of Wimberley. We hope to stay again very, very soon.

We had a wonderful time here! The house is gorgeous, close to everything and the water access was perfect for our kids. We have already recommended it to all our friends! Wimberly is a dream for young families- playgrounds everywhere!

Great stay!

The house and property were great and we loved the easy river access. The only complaint is they advertise 3 king beds and twin room but one of the king rooms is actually a queen bed.

Dream Location

Amazing property, great location. The house is immaculate, so much space for a larfge group, river frontage, right at the end of the road and close to town. Easy booking and check in as well. Be back for sure !

Wonderful views and comfortable house

We loved staying at this house. The house was comfortable and well equipped. The views and river access were terrific. And a quick 5 minutes to Wimberley Square. Would rent again.

Phenomenal spot for family getaway

We stayed here with grandparents, our family of 4 (with 2 kids under 5) and my sister's family of 4 ( also 2 kis under 5) and it was perfect. The house, yard, and river are actually far bigger and lovelier than the photos suggest. Easy river access. We had a great time in late June.

Beautiful house

This house is amazing and we had a great time. We had four families sharing it and there was plenty of room and were plenty of linens for everyone. The kids had a blast playing in the river and we cooked some delicious meals over the huge fire pit. We hope to make it a tradition and stay at this home regularly in the future!

Gorgeous place!

We absolutely loved this property! The views & windows were amazing; we loved sitting outside in the mornings to drink coffee. The house was very spacious, we had 8 people staying & everyone agreed their bed was super comfortable. It was about a 5 minute drive to downtown which was super convenient. I'm already planning a trip back during the summer time to enjoy the river with kids.

The Best

We loved this property and would rent it again. The kitchen rocked - it was roomy enough for several cooks and the best stocked of any VRBO house we’ve rented. My grandchildren loved having so much room to roam and loved playing in the river. None of us were ready to leave.

Great place!

Perfect property for what we needed. Very clean and comfortable all around. Great spot on the river. Beds were very comfortable. Nice charcoal Weber grill and good outdoor seating provided. Hot water heater to bathrooms had initial smell issue from lack of use..but it worked itself out. Would recommend this property.

What a lovely home

Several of us were in Wimberley for a wedding and loved our stay here. The house was very comfortable and the view of the cliffs from the living room was stunning. The river access was great. We spent a few hours sitting in the water and enjoying the sights. Despite being in the middle of summer, the breeze in the evening made it reasonable to sit outside, which was nice. Communication with the property management group was great. Would highly recommend this rental!

RELAXATION

Imagine waking up to a dozen deer grazing in your front yard! All activities are within 15 minutes of this beautiful home. Perfect for the extended family of 8. Granddaughters loved the river right off the patio and Blue Hole and Jacobs Well just around the corner. Had a very relaxing weekend! Thanks

As advertised

We've been doing this annual guy strip for 11 years now. This place was amazing. Mostly private. River view was amazing and just beautiful clear water. Bedding was comfortable and the pool table a real bonus. I don't see this listing on VRBO anymore, so I hope they haven't removed the listing. We will stay here again if available.
