This completely rebuilt all-electric 2-bedroom cottage has cathedral ceilings, full kitchen & appliances, baseboard heat, A/C, WiFi, Smart TV. Enjoy the attractions all within a short drive/walk. Catch a Winery shuttle across the street at the Lodge.
This is the perfect spot for couples looking to enjoy wine country or a small family looking to take in all the lake activities!
The Space:
Our cozy cottage is designed with your comfort in mind. Full kitchen for cooking meals, comfortable living room to hang out with friends and family, and two queen sized beds so you can sleep in tranquility. Enjoy our little front porch with lounge chairs for those beautiful Geneva-On-The-Lake evenings.
Have pets? Great! We are pet friendly and would love to host your furry friends!
Guest Access:
You will have the entire cottage to yourselves. Parking spots for 2 cars. Keyless entry with access code given 72 hours prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The "Chardonnay" is within walking distance of the "Strip", yet, it is away from the "hustle and bustle". This completely rebuilt all-electric 2-bedroom cottage has cathedral ceilings, stove & fridge, appliances, baseboard heaters w/thermostats, A/C, WiFi, Smart TV, futon. We are on the south side of Lake Road. Catch a view of the lake with an easy 5 minute walk!
Please note that two units in this complex are under renovation. There will be construction from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. This should not affect your stay. However, there is potential for noise during these hours. if you have any questions or issues regarding this, please reach out. Thank you!
Getting Around:
Less than a 10 minute walk to all the action on the "Strip". Catch a shuttle to the wineries right across the street at The Lodge.
Other Things to Note:

The property was just as described. Very clean, close to the strip and had all the amenities you would need for your stay. The host was quick to reply and there if you needed anything. The neighbors were respectful and polite. Will definitely be rebooking for the next time.

Sisters Weekend
Great location that was close to everything we wanted to see and have some fun. Loved coming back to the house and being able to be together. Cannot wait to come back!

Nice and clean
This cottage was within walking distance to the strip. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our girls weekend away.

The property was clean and pet-friendly. It looked exactly as pictured on the website. The host kept consistent communication with us. It was a very good experience.

Memorial Weekend
Hosts were very quick to respond and cottage was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Excellent Staff and Service. Would definitely recommend highly. Short walk to the Strip.

My wife and I vacationed with friends (and our dog). The cottage was clean and very well maintained. All instructions were perfect. Mark was helpful throughout the stay. The location was exactly what we wanted, walking distance from the strip in Geneva on the Lake. I would recommend to others.

Everything was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. 2 suggestions to consider: The cafe curtains looked great but at night there was so much light from across the street and even on the side even with the blinds closed that having room darkening full curtains at least in the bedrooms. If the bathroom mirror was lowered some it would help some people that are shorter. One of us could only see from part of her forehead up. Really, the apartment was very nice!

The cottage was perfect for my needs. Had everything I needed for the week - didnt have to drag a bunch of things there with me. Close to the lake and walkable to the strip - just what I appreciate when I am in GOTL. Very clean too.
