The little gem offers amazing views of the lake and the Sangre De Cristo mountain range. Relax on the spacious deck with grill or enjoy the outdoor sports of Colorado. With Cuchara Ski Basin now open, skiing is just a day trip away! Kayak and fish in the lake, hike, mountain bike or just enjoy the beautiful views. This is the perfect spot to relax for up to 2 adults. Inquire about pets. Come and enjoy Colorado outdoors. This is 20 min from downtown. The roads are dirt and a 4WD is not required but may make travel easier in inclement weather.

This was the perfect combination of isolation and adventure! It was so quiet at the cabin and the view was beyond description. A trip to the state park nearby and downtown Trinidad complemented this cozy retreat. Our host clearly has a passion for hospitality. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

Good communication with Amy, very hospitable. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean, cozy and quant lil gem by the lake with beautiful views from the outside deck of the lake & mountains, very private tucked away in the mountain landscape.Very surprised by the beautiful flowers and goodie’s welcoming us to this home away from home. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Enjoyed a really nice getaway at the Lake View cabin. The view from the porch was amazing. Really nice area for hiking. The property owner/manager was quick to respond with any questions that there was some nice welcome gifts upon our arrival. A very nice welcoming touch.

Extremely comfortable and well-stocked tiny home. A little off the main path but beautiful vies of lake Trinidad. Kitchen very functional, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Sweet goodies on arrival, including for my pup!

Amazing retreat

This cozy little cabin was the perfect get away for us. The location is quiet and private, which made for a very relaxing experience. This was our first Vrbo rental and it really set the bar for the next one.

Cozy place with a great view of the lake and city lights. The drive into the home was not as rough as we thought it would be, we have a Pathfinder and had no issues getting in or out (we left in freezing fog). We spent Thanksgiving and had all the amenities needed. The extra little touches of fresh flowers, wine and snacks for us and the dogs was gratefully appreciated. We were able to complete our virtual 5k Turkey Trot by walking the road and even saw wild turkeys. This was our first time staying in a tiny home and we were impressed with the layout. The kitchen is very impressive. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn't get the chance to use the Blackstone or the great deck out back.Great hosts and very accommodating. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.
