Sun of a Beach has an understated elegance with a natural light from 8 foot French doors in every room. It features high end finishes and a tropical feel. Indoor/outdoor speakers throughout - just plug in your smart device or mp3 player. Dog door in guest bath. Upgraded Bosch appliances. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Large granite island in the kitchen. Custom cabinets, 10ft ceilings throughout the entire house! Sun of a Beach this vacation rental rocks!

The king Tommy Bahama master bedroom suite that opens to the pool has an en suite bath that boasts a huge walk-in-shower for two and double sinks. Guest bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the pool and sunny backyard with the plus of a night stand that has hidden USB and electric outlets. The third bedroom has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. Get a good night's rest on any of the pillowtop mattresses! Enjoy a relaxing evening with spectrum and blu ray in every room.

Have a luxury experience with a Samsung 65” smart TV in the living room. Along with the luxury tv, unwind on soft leather couches with lumbar and neck controls that fully recline. Palliser chair with hidden electric remote control to lay almost flat that rocks and swivels. No need to take dirty clothes home when you have access to a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The bar cabinet in the dining room is fully equipped with wine glasses, and all the tools to make the perfect drink to sip by the pool. Did we mention the pool also has a water feature?? All doors leading to the pool have child proof door alarms. The outside deck shower has hot and cold water. Sun of a Beach offers a large covered porch with outdoor dining for 4 and three chaise loungers. The grassy backyard is fully fenced for the kids and the pets. In addition, the backyard has additional table and chairs with access to a propane grill. The covered front porch offers rockers for enjoying the beachy air along with a porch swing. Walk over to the Cancun restaurant or 361 Bar and grab dinner or drinks.... or both! Shopping centers and morning coffee at Coffee Waves is also within easy walking distance to this property. Rent a golf cart through New Wave and the beach is only a five minute ride from Sun of a Beach.

If you have dogs this is a rare gem getting to stay in such a beautiful home with them.

Son of a Gun, We Had Some Fun!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't know where we could have found amore beautifully designed and furnished place in Port Aransas than the "Sun of a Beach" vacation home. No kitschy, neon colors or plaster fish swimming on the bathroom walls here. This rental is a well-appointed, comfortable home with plenty of room for a large family that enjoys being together but also wants some personal space to find calm. The kitchen is a dream, with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal and a dining table that can seat ten people comfortably. The private pool is a wonderful place to start the day with an energizing splash or lounge after dinner. The New Wave staff is extremely responsive, accommodating and professional when issues came up. Our electric golf cart rental was delivered early and retrieved at the time we requested. The only "issue" we had was a slight problem with the security keypad at the front entrance and it was taken care of within an hour after we notified staff. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY!

Excellent!
House is clean and very nice. Plenty of room for our group of eight. Everything we could’ve wanted or needed while we were there was provided. We had one issue with the tv in the living room and one of the bedrooms and they were out to fix it immediately. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Everything was perfect. Hot out but you would not know it either enjoying the pool or relaxing in the AC. House has perfect layout. We will visit again!

Our Mission is to give back and help Port Aransas maintain its natural beauty. With each booking a portion of proceeds will be given back quarterly to a local non profit. We will be selling and including: Protect Port A bracelets in all guest gift baskets. Our mission extends to our guests through our "Welcome Baskets." Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
