Kick back, unwind, and enjoy the salty coastal breeze and vibrant sunsets from our 4BR/2.5Ba home in the heart of Port Aransas. Packed with modern amenities, youâll have all of the comforts and conveniences you need to dive head first into beach living. Whether youâre lounging on the sofa, sizzling steaks on the grill, tossing horseshoes on the patio, sipping drinks on the porch, or splashing in the pool, youâll have your dream getaway at Sunset Landing!
Our vibrant home sits on the corner lot of our quiet 10-unit community in Old Town Port Aransas. During your stay, youâll have access to the entire house, which features an open concept kitchen, dining area and family room on the first floor. The second floor features four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The primary and second bedrooms feature king beds. The third bedroom features a queen bed, and a bunk room features queen over queen beds. We also have an additional pull-out couch in the family room for added flexibility.
Our well-equipped full service kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare a feast for your group and is stocked with Starbucks coffee and Bigelow tea to help get your day started right.
Smart technology keeps your stay easy and breezy, starting with contactless check-in and home access. Single-remote control of our entertainment system means you wonât be fumbling with five remotes. All bedrooms feature Roku Smart TVs and touch lamps with built-in USB charging, while a smart thermostat and occupancy sensors automatically adjust to keep you cool and comfortable around the clock.
Outdoors, youâll find a fenced patio with a shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. This west-facing area makes a great place to sit, relax, and play horseshoes in the evening while watching the sun set. Our screened-in back porch is another cozy place to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book, or enjoy the evening breeze.
Our community pool is just steps from the back porch, with a covered cabana and a zero-entry section that is perfect for kids.
While staying at our home, youâll have access to our garage, which has space for one vehicle (or a rented golf cart) and has various beach supplies for your use while staying with us. Choose from a selection of coolers, beach chairs, beach toys, and a few other goodies to add some entertainment to your day at the beach. Please note: Items in the garage are ever-changing, as some items may break during use and other items may be left by previous guests. We cannot guarantee availability of specific items.

Supplies:
We take care to stock our home with quality name brand supplies to keep you as comfortable as possible during your stay. These items are free for use while staying with us. We politely ask that you do not take extras with you at the end of your stay.
Towels:
Bath towels are for house use only. Colored towels located in the family room are for use at the pool. Please do not take these to the beach. We strongly encourage you to bring your own beach towels. There is a limited supply of beach towels in the garage that may be taken to the beach. Please ensure that these are returned before your departure.
Parking:
Guests have access to one garage space, three spaces in the driveway, and additional street parking.

Pets:
We are happy to host your furry friends, too! Our fenced in patio offers a great space for outside time, and our neighborhood offers a nice, quiet environment for walks. Just be sure to clean up any messes left by your furry friends. We do ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds, and pets must be kenneled if left alone on the property. Pets do require an additional nightly fee to cover added cleaning costs.
NOTE: Unannounced/Unpaid pets will incur a $300 charge and possible eviction. Be sure to enter your pets on your booking!
BBQ:
Indulge in the smoky flavor of charcoal with our BBQ grill. We ask that if you do, please ensure that it is cleaned afterward, and please no hot coals in the garbage cans.
NOTE: An additional fee of $50 will be incurred if the grill is left a mess.
Internet:
Due to the nature of island living, you may experience occasional service disruptions during your stay due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given due to these outages.
Insects:
We take great care to maintain a clean and bug-free environment. However, due to our island climate, it is impossible to eradicate 100% of the little critters so you may still encounter an occasional insect. In case you do, weâve stocked bug spray in the pantry for use as needed
Fees:
We do not mark up our cleaning fee - what we charge goes directly to our local cleaning staff.
Taxes cover a mandatory 6% State and 7% City tax imposed on all rentals.
Security deposit hold of $300 required. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
