Modern Barndomanium on beautiful farm! 4 R -2.5 B

This Beautiful Barndomanium with pond and gorgeous view, conveniently located close to interstate.
It’s on 45 acres property with another unit (cabin) on top with separate driveway, currently our family only uses for getaway. There are trails around the property to walk or hike. Fishing is allowed on our pond. Dead end street with few farm houses, very quiet and private lane.

1.Bourbon trail - 20 mins
2. Sports complex - 20 mins
3. Philips Grove - 22 mins


-Large living room upstairs with huge couch.
-Nice kitchen area with dining table.
-Large patio.
Other things to note:
ATV or Side by Side not Included with rental, welcome to bring yours own to ride! Just talk to us to verify our property line.

Beautiful spot

We stayed a weekend here, and played ball tournament in Etown. This place was big enough for 2 couples and kids to stay. Plenty of room to sprawl out and enjoy not being couped up in a hotel room when not at the ballfields.

Throughly enjoyed the barndomanium. Lots of space. Kitchen had all the needed items. Enjoyed the large screen TV, multiple couches, and the ping pong table. I will stay here again and fully recommend it to others.

Softball Tournament

Overall stay was amazing. Anything we had questions with was answered quick and taken care of promptly. Just wish it didnt rain for 2 starught days.. awesome place.

Great Home Base for the Bourbon Trail

This place worked out great for our group. It was our home base while we had a chill weekend on the bourbon trail. Though we weren't at the property much, the setting is fantastic and the amenities are great. We put the fire pit to good use both nights and had a great time.

The property was wonderful. The house was very clean and beautiful. The upstair area was spacious with a big wraparound couch. It is a great place for family time. There was plenty of essential items like toilet paper, towels and wash cloths. The outside was great. The swing near the pond was nice. The only complaint is the small trash can at the kitchen. With seven people, it seemed to fill up quickly.

Bourbon tours

Location to Bardstown was convenient, and overall size of the living space was comfortable and good for our group. Outdoor firepit was the highlight at night, especially in the country setting. The kitchen amenities and outdoor furniture were limited.

Train Adventures

Came down to visit some train museums. The huge yard was great for kids. They also really enjoyed being able to play upstairs in the large living room. We were confused because it said sauna and it appears to only be a closet. Also, two rooms upstairs are truly as pictured and have no where to store items or windows. Overall it was a nice play to stay with a great area to relax outside.

When arriving the door was unlocked due to the batteries being dead. Luckily they did have batteries inside. The house is spacious and is a nice area. The major problem with the stay was during our visit the water went out due to the tank running empty. This resulted in people not being able to shower or use toilets while trying to get ready for a family wedding.

Nice place for large family

We had a family funeral. Many people coming from different states. We all stayed together. It was lovely. There were a couple leaky pipes but I’m sure those were resolved upon our check our. .

very cool Barndominium!

Our family and a few friends needed somewhere to stay for a wedding weekend so we needed plenty of space for everyone to get ready - AND we needed wheelchair accessibility
. This place worked out perfectly! The photos and description on the listing were spot on and the owner was kind and also quick about answering any questions I had regarding the general process (since this was the first time i had ever booked a vacation rental) - Overall, we were pleased with our stay & would stay there again if ever in the area :)

Nice location & pretty

The home was pretty! It was easy to find! We had fun staying here! Communication was pretty quick and easy too! The listing was a little off because it said there was a sauna but there is not sauna. The kitchen could use a little more utensils but we understand it's still new. Overall it was clean except the sheets on some of the beds didn't look very clean. Or maybe they were washed with someone's clothes that had dog hair. Other than these few minor things, it was nice and we would consider booking it again.
