Discover the quiet paradise of Rum Point in Grand Cayman with this custom built (finished fall 2022) luxury home located in the residential community of Cayman Kai. Exquisite finishings abound in this waterfront home with private beach, hot tub, heated pool and 100' private boat dock.

As you enter Carolina Kai you will fall in love with the large volume thatched ceiling and wall of 8' tall glass sliders that feature the pool, beach and ocean views across the water with incredible indoor / outdoor living. The open kitchen, dining and living areas flow into an outdoor dining / bbq area with seating for 6 featuring a large granite waterfall table. The outdoor kitchen includes a stainless steel Napoleon gas grill with rotisserie & vent hood, a sink and cold beverage center.

The indoor dining area includes a large round glass top driftwood table with seating for 6 and a wet bar with sink, wine cooler and Thor Ice Maker (25 pounds of ice per day).

The living room area boasts a 60' Smart TV mounted in a lighted built in cabinet. Up the beautiful spiral staircase leads to a large wine loft / mezzanine overlooking the great room. Glass railings allow for views out to the water. Cork flooring, comfortable seating and another wine cooler in the cabinets present a great place for sitting and enjoying the views.

The gorgeous kitchen includes quartz countertops, a large island, new modern stainless steel appliances (including a French door LG Refrigerator / freezer, drawer microwave, a split double oven, gas range with 5 burners, a double drawer dishwasher), and a large pantry / coffee bar fully loaded with appliances.

The laundry room has a full size washer & gas dryer with a laundry sink, iron & iron board.

Master Bedroom 1 - King Sized bed w/ en-suite overlooking the water with large slider doors leading out to the deck w/ a nice seating area. The en-suite includes a Japanese soaking tub, separate shower and double sinks; as well as, a separate water closet with Toto toilet. The room also has a large walk in closet and plenty of drawer storage.

Master Bedroom 2 - King Sized bed w/ en-suite overlooking the water with large slider doors leading out to the pool deck with bar top table and 2 chairs. The en-suite includes a large walk in shower and double sinks. The room also has a large walk in closet and plenty of drawer storage.

Guest Bedroom 3 - Queen sized bed w/ en-suite including a tub / shower.

Bedroom 4 / Office / Gym - this room is currently used as an office / gym. There is an inflatable queen size mattress (with available linens & pillows) that can be utilized in this room for sleeping. A half bath is just outside in the hall. There is a full size desk and chair with HP printer. Additionally, gym equipment includes numerous hand weights, jump rope, stretch bands, boxing gloves with pad, Bosu ball and more.

Enjoy the ocean views from the private pool (which can be heated for an additional charge) featuring two ledge loungers, an in pool bench and two in water bar stools adjacent to outdoor dining for easy delivery of your favorite beverage. After a day of adventure you can also choose to relax in the hot tub.

Additional spaces...just down the hall on the side of the house is a small sandy garden area enclosed with gates. A perfect space to take out your small dog(s).

We are dog friendly for pups under 20 pounds and can help you understand the rules around bringing your pets in with you. For dogs over 20 pounds please just message us to discuss and we will consider it on a case by case basis.

There is a one car garage and parking in the driveway just outside the garage. We also have a 2 person kayak, paddleboards, bicycles, pool floats and other various amenities for you.

Just a few steps down to the private beach you will find over 5000 sq ft of soft white sand along with 4 lounge chairs for getting some sun. The boat dock has 2 chairs for sitting and enjoying coffee as you watch the sunrise each morning over the water and count the resident starfish that frequent our beach.

Also only steps away you will find Kaibo Restaurant / bar / marina and a short walk further down is the famous Starfish Point. A nice walk, bike ride or very short (1/2 mile) drive will take you to Rum Point and all of the amenities there (bio bay tour, snorkeling, beach bar, restaurant, Red Sail Sports, gift shop and more). Just up the road within 20 minutes drive you can experience all of the north side and east end experiences such as Crystal Caves,, Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, Diving Excursions, the Mastic Trail and the Blow Holes at East End. Nearby restaurants include Over the Edge, Italian Kitchen, Tukka, Blue Rock and several others. For eating at home visit Chisholm's Grocery (convenience store / market) or 2 Foster's Grocery locations (Morritt's & Savannah).

The world famous Seven Mile Beach, the airport and Georgetown are about 45 to 55 minute drive away.
