Jubilee Cottage in the heart of Daphne!

ABOUT THE COTTAGE:
Small quaint cottage located in the heart of Daphne. Recently renovated house with new HVAC, plumbing, and fixtures. Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room as well as two futon couches in the living room for overflow in a crunch. Mini fridge, ice machine, microwave, and coffee maker. Complimentary High speed Wi-Fi access as well as complimentary Netflix, Disney+, and HBOMax. Smart TVs in the den and one of the bedrooms.
THE SPACE:
Hardwood floors throughout the house. The bathroom is separate out with the toilet and a sink in one space and the shower and an additional sink in another space. There is a kitchenette or break room area with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The den has two futon sofas, a chair, and a 50” smart tv.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire cottage during their stay as well as ample parking.

This is the sweetest little cottage! I enjoyed my stay here. I came to Daphne Alabama for Summer Glory at Church of His Presence and was greeted and welcomed. This cottage was perfect for me! The host was very responsive and kind. He responded immediately to every message I sent. The home was very clean and even though it was close to a busy intersection there was minimal outside noise!

Perfect location

Perfect location between Daphne, Fairhope, and Spanish Fork! Easy driving to all. The house was perfectly, abundantly provisioned, and supremely clean. It felt like all new construction on the inside. It was very quiet inside and we slept excellently.

Cute cottage

We had a short stay for the weekend visiting Daphne and Fairhope and we were very pleased with our stay at Jubilee Cottage! The host was very informative and communicated quickly! The short drive to Fairhope and surrounding areas was very convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the cleanliness of the cottage!

Great little house

Jubilee Cottage was a great place to stay in the heart of Daphne. It’s close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The furnishings, bedding etc was very comfortable. We stayed with several of our grandchildren and had plenty of room. Our host checked on us during our stay making sure our check in and out was as smooth as possible. It was because he had thought of everything! We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy Cottage Retreat

Our family visit for the ACA event was picturesque. The cottage was everything we needed after a quite long day of riding trails. The living room was the most inviting, cozy feeling space. It was so much more ideal than a hotel! We had the best time! Also, I must mention the tin roof and rain. We couldn’t ask for better sleep than listening to the rain on that roof. Thank you so much for being an excellent rental provider! We will definitely book again for our next ACA event!

AMENITIES/COMFORTABILITY

Overall it was an easily accessible property. The location in such a high traffic areas was not considered in the physical building structure. Double pane windows and solid wood doors would reduce street noise inside. the mattresses were body pain inducing. A small apartment size refrigerator is highly recommended as an added amenity. Adding a hand rail to steps, especially in front is much needed. Higher quality furnishings would increase comfort and in the long-run enhance durability and longevity.

Great place and wonderful location close to our favorite shopping spots and great restaurants. Everything was super clean and had a well planned layout. The bathroom is kind of split which made it so helpful with each having its own sink. We’ll be staying there again for sure! Great hosts.
